Online shows and livestreaming platforms should implement real-name management for their online anchors and users, and juveniles as well as those who do not register with their real names are not allowed to give tips to online anchors, according to a notice released on Monday.
國(guó)家廣播電視總局11月23日發(fā)布通知，要求網(wǎng)絡(luò)秀場(chǎng)直播平臺(tái)要對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)主播和"打賞"用戶實(shí)行實(shí)名制管理，未成年、未實(shí)名用戶均不能打賞。
The notice, issued by the National Radio and Television Administration, stated online shows and livestreaming platforms should take measures including real-name verification and face recognition to ensure that the real-name management is well-implemented.
通知要求，網(wǎng)絡(luò)秀場(chǎng)直播平臺(tái)要通過(guò)實(shí)名驗(yàn)證、人臉識(shí)別等措施，確保實(shí)名制要求落到實(shí)處。
The notice also said the platforms should set limits for the maximum tip or reward amounts users could give to anchors each time, day and month. The "reward" function of the users will be suspended if their daily or monthly reward limit is reached.
通知還要求，平臺(tái)應(yīng)對(duì)用戶每次、每日、每月最高打賞金額進(jìn)行限制，達(dá)到打賞每日或每月限額，應(yīng)暫停相關(guān)用戶的打賞功能。

China's lunar probe Chang'e 5 successfully carried out its first orbital correction Tuesday night, according to the China National Space Administration (CNSA). The probe conducted the orbital correction at 10:06 pm when its 3000N engine was operational for about two seconds, and then continued its trip to the moon.

Prior to the orbital correction, the lunar probe had traveled for roughly 17 hours in space, and was about 160,000 km away from Earth. All of the probe's systems were in good condition, said the CNSA.

Orbital correction is necessary to ensure the probe follows its theoretical trajectory as closely as possible, said the CNSA.

Nearly 1.2 million children in the US have been diagnosed with COVID-19 since the onset of the pandemic, according to the latest data of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Children's Hospital Association.

The British government is looking at reducing the time people have to self-isolate if they come into contact with someone with COVID-19 from the current 14 days through the use of a new testing regime, Health Secretary Matt Hancock said on Monday.
