浦東開發(fā)開放30周年慶祝大會(huì)11月12日上午在上海市舉行。中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平在會(huì)上發(fā)表重要講話強(qiáng)調(diào):

Efforts should be made to make Pudong a pioneer of reform and opening-up at a higher level and a vanguard in fully building a modern socialist country, Xi said. Pudong should also strive to become an example that highlights the Chinese people's confidence in the path, theory, system, and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics, he said.
浦東要努力成為更高水平改革開放的開路先鋒、全面建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國家的排頭兵，彰顯“四個(gè)自信”的實(shí)踐范例。

Three decades ago, the CPC leadership stressed taking Pudong's development and opening-up as a lead to further open up cities along the Yangtze River and building Shanghai into an international economic, financial and trade center as soon as possible to drive new economic leaps in the Yangtze River Delta and the entire Yangtze River Basin, Xi said.
他強(qiáng)調(diào)，30年前，黨中央強(qiáng)調(diào)以上海浦東開發(fā)開放為龍頭，進(jìn)一步開放長江沿岸城市，，盡快把上海建成國際經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融、貿(mào)易中心之一，帶動(dòng)長江三角洲和整個(gè)長江流域地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的新飛躍。

The achievements of Pudong over the past 30 years offer the most telling evidence of the strength of the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and are a vivid demonstration of the country's reform, opening-up and socialist modernization, Xi noted.
浦東開發(fā)開放30年取得的顯著成就，為中國特色社會(huì)主義制度優(yōu)勢提供了最鮮活的現(xiàn)實(shí)明證，為改革開放和社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)提供了最生動(dòng)的實(shí)踐寫照。

The coming 30 years, from now to the middle of the 21st century, will be a time for China to build a great modern socialist country, Xi stressed, calling on Pudong to play new roles and accomplish new missions in the new march.
習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，從現(xiàn)在起到本世紀(jì)中葉，是我國全面建成社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)國的30年。新征程上，浦東要有新的歷史方位和使命。

All-out efforts should be made to make the innovation engine stronger and explore new horizons of independent innovation, Xi said.
習(xí)近平指出，要全力做強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新引擎，打造自主創(chuàng)新新高地。

He urged the achievement of major innovations in basic science and technology and major breakthroughs in key and core technologies. He also called for speeding up the creation of world-class industrial clusters in sectors including integrated circuits, bio-medicine and artificial intelligence.
要在基礎(chǔ)科技領(lǐng)域作出大的創(chuàng)新，在關(guān)鍵核心技術(shù)領(lǐng)域取得大的突破。加快在集成電路、生物醫(yī)藥、人工智能等領(lǐng)域打造世界級(jí)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。

Xi stressed strengthening the synergy in advancing reform and activating new impetus for high-quality development, as well as focusing on reform moves that play a fundamental role and act as engines of progress.
習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，要加強(qiáng)改革系統(tǒng)集成，激活高質(zhì)量發(fā)展新動(dòng)力。要聚焦基礎(chǔ)性和具有重大牽引作用的改革舉措。

He also called for a coordinated approach in promoting reforms in key areas and links and the creation of a world-class business environment that is market-oriented, law-based and internationalized.
統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)重要領(lǐng)域和關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)改革，打造市場化、法治化、國際化的一流營商環(huán)境。

Xi stressed creating new advantages in global cooperation and competition, as well as advancing opening-up, with institutional guarantees in the areas of management, standards, rules and norms.
習(xí)近平指出，要深入推進(jìn)高水平制度型開放，增創(chuàng)國際合作和競爭新優(yōu)勢。要著力推動(dòng)規(guī)則、規(guī)制、管理、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等制度型開放。

Pudong should give better play to the role of the Lingang area of the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone and speed up the joint building of a global shipping hub together with the Yangtze River Delta region, Xi said.
要更好發(fā)揮中國（上海）自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)臨港新片區(qū)作用，要加快同長三角共建輻射全球的航運(yùn)樞紐。

Efforts should also be made to strengthen the capability of mobilizing global resources and serve the establishment of the new development pattern, enhance the global influence on mobilizing factors including fund, information, technology, talent and goods, Xi said.
習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，要增強(qiáng)全球資源配置能力，服務(wù)構(gòu)建新發(fā)展格局。提高對(duì)資金、信息、技術(shù)、人才、貨物等要素配置的全球性影響力。

The president also urged Pudong to establish an international financial-asset trading platform, develop a higher-level headquarters economy and build itself into an important hub of global industrial, supply and value chains.
建設(shè)國際金融資產(chǎn)交易平臺(tái)，要發(fā)展更高能級(jí)的總部經(jīng)濟(jì)，成為全球產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈供應(yīng)鏈價(jià)值鏈的重要樞紐。

Xi called for modernizing urban governance, opening up new prospects for urban construction of, for and by the people, and exploring a megacity development path that reflects Chinese features and the characteristics of the times, while highlighting the advantages of China's socialist system.
習(xí)近平指出，要提高城市治理現(xiàn)代化水平，開創(chuàng)人民城市建設(shè)新局面。探索具有中國特色、體現(xiàn)時(shí)代特征、彰顯我國社會(huì)主義制度優(yōu)勢的超大城市發(fā)展之路。

Efforts should be made to build cities into beautiful homes where people and nature coexist in harmony, Xi noted.
把城市建設(shè)成為人與人、人與自然和諧共生的美麗家園。

Noting that Shanghai is the birthplace of the CPC, Xi stressed passing on the traditions of revolution and acting on the Party's original aspiration and missions.

On Thursday morning, Xi also visited an exhibition featuring Pudong's development and opening-up over the past three decades under the guidance of national strategies.
