今冬氣溫或較往年偏低
China's winter,- from December to February,- will be chillier than usual, according to a nationwide weather outlook released by authorities on Wednesday.
氣象部門(mén)11月4日發(fā)布的全國(guó)天氣預(yù)測(cè)報(bào)告顯示,我國(guó)今年冬季(12月至來(lái)年2月)的氣溫將較常年同期偏低。
The forecast, made jointly by the National Climate Center and the Ministry of Water Resources, said cold air will be frequent in northwestern and southern parts of China, including the provinces of Gansu, Qinghai, Shaanxi and Guizhou, as well as the Xinjiang Uygur and Guangxi Zhuang autonomous regions, with temperatures an average of 1 C to 2 C lower than in previous winters.
這份由國(guó)家氣候中心和水利部聯(lián)合發(fā)布的預(yù)測(cè)報(bào)告顯示,今冬我國(guó)西北部和南部冷空氣較頻繁,甘肅、青海、陜西、貴州、新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)、廣西壯族自治區(qū)等地的氣溫平均值將較常年同期低1-2攝氏度。
It added that long-lasting and large-scale freezing weather or snowstorms will be less likely to occur in the south this winter, but shorter episodes of such weather will be witnessed.
預(yù)測(cè)報(bào)告稱(chēng),今冬我國(guó)南方發(fā)生大范圍、持續(xù)性低溫雨雪冰凍天氣的可能性較小,但部分地區(qū)可能發(fā)生階段性低溫雨雪冰凍天氣過(guò)程。
