中國共產(chǎn)黨第十九屆中央委員會第五次全體會議在遠(yuǎn)景目標(biāo)中提出全體人民共同富裕取得更為明顯的實質(zhì)性進(jìn)展，具體目標(biāo)是：中等收入群體顯著擴(kuò)大，基本公共服務(wù)實現(xiàn)均等化，城鄉(xiāng)區(qū)域發(fā)展差距和居民生活水平差距顯著縮小，人均國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值達(dá)到中等發(fā)達(dá)國家水平。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to achieve more substantial progress in common prosperity for everyone in China's long-range objectives, with the aim to expand remarkably the size of the middle-income group, ensure equitable access to basic public services, and significantly reduce disparities in urban-rural development and in living standards. The per capita GDP will reach the level of moderately developed countries.

“十四五”時期將扎實推動共同富裕，堅持按勞分配為主體、多種分配方式并存，提高勞動報酬在初次分配中的比重，健全工資合理增長機(jī)制，著力提高低收入群體的收入，擴(kuò)大中等收入群體；完善按要素分配政策制度，增加中低收入群體的要素收入；完善再分配機(jī)制，加大稅收、社保、轉(zhuǎn)移支付等調(diào)節(jié)力度和精準(zhǔn)性；發(fā)揮第三次分配的作用，發(fā)展慈善事業(yè)。

我們要以更大的力度、更實的措施保障和改善民生，加強(qiáng)和創(chuàng)新社會治理，堅決打贏脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn)，促進(jìn)社會公平正義，在幼有所育、學(xué)有所教、勞有所得、病有所醫(yī)、老有所養(yǎng)、住有所居、弱有所扶上不斷取得新進(jìn)展，讓實現(xiàn)全體人民共同富裕在廣大人民現(xiàn)實生活中更加充分地展示出來。
