北京開放首條城市馬道

Beijing unveiled its first equestrian path for residents and tourists last week, attracting many visitors and arousing the curiosity of equine enthusiasts.
上周，北京首條面向居民和游客的馬道正式啟用，該馬道不僅吸引了許多游客，同時還引起了馬術(shù)愛好者的好奇心。

The 4.37-kilometer path in the Cuigezhuang area in Chaoyang district is the first to be built in the city.
該馬道位于朝陽區(qū)崔各莊，全長4.37公里，是北京首條城市馬道，于2019年開始建設(shè)。

Construction began last year. Visitors can ride horses to go sightseeing in forests, parks and vineyards along the path, which also passes by lakes.

游客可以騎馬去沿途的森林、公園和葡萄園游覽觀光，也可以騎馬經(jīng)過湖邊。

For people who don't know how to ride, the operator of the path will offer the services of horsemen to lead the horses so visitors can enjoy riding under the guidance of professionals.
對于不會騎馬的人，馬道的經(jīng)營者會提供騎手牽馬服務(wù)，讓游客在專業(yè)人士的指導(dǎo)下享受騎行樂趣。

Fees have not yet been announced. Wu Xuanhui, Party secretary of Cuigezhuang, said it has a long history of raising horses.
各項費用尚未公布。崔各莊鄉(xiāng)黨委書記吳選輝介紹道，崔各莊養(yǎng)馬歷史悠久。

He added that the path will hold equestrian sporting events and help spread equine culture.
他還表示，將在該馬道舉辦馬術(shù)比賽，傳播馬術(shù)文化。

The local government has been supporting the development of the horse industry in the area.
當(dāng)?shù)卣畬υ摰貐^(qū)馬產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展一直給予大力支持。

>China's 7th population census
第七次人口普查已開啟

China on Sunday started its seventh national population count, with about 7 million census takers going door to door to document demographic changes.
11月1日，第七次全國人口普查正式開啟現(xiàn)場登記，700多萬普查人員走入千家萬戶，登記普查信息。

Carrying out the census is critical to understand the population size, structure and distribution, said Ning Jizhe, deputy head of the National Development and Reform Commission, at a video conference to promote the national census.
國家發(fā)展改革委副主任寧吉喆在第七次全國人口普查登記工作動員視頻會議中介紹，開展好人口普查，有助于全面摸清我國人口總量、結(jié)構(gòu)和分布等狀況。

The census collects data including name, ID number, gender, marital status, education and profession of Chinese citizens.
這次普查登記包括姓名、公民身份號碼、性別、婚姻狀況、受教育程度、職業(yè)等情況。

Residents are encouraged to use mobile terminals to report personal and family information.
本次人口普查鼓勵居民使用移動終端報告?zhèn)€人和家庭信息。

China has conducted a national population census every 10 years since the 1990s.
自上世紀(jì)90年代以來，中國每10年進(jìn)行一次全國人口普查。

The previous census found its population had increased to 1.37 billion.
之前的人口普查發(fā)現(xiàn)我國人口已達(dá)13.7億。

Sean Connery has died at the age of 90. The Scottish actor was best known for his portrayal of James Bond, being the first to bring the role to the big screen and appearing in seven of the spy thrillers.
因扮演詹姆斯·邦德而聞名的蘇格蘭演員肖恩·康納利去世，享年90歲。他是詹姆斯·邦德的首任扮演者，出演過7部邦德系列電影。

Connery died peacefully in his sleep, having been "unwell for some time," his son said.

>PMI continues to expand
制造業(yè)連續(xù)八個月擴(kuò)張

China's economy recovered steadily in October as the latest data showed the continuous expansion of the manufacturing and services sectors.
10月最新統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)顯示，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)步恢復(fù)，制造業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)持續(xù)擴(kuò)張。

The country's factory activities stayed in expansionary territory for eight consecutive months, as the purchasing managers index for the manufacturing sector stood at 51.4 in October.
國家統(tǒng)計局?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)顯示，10月份，我國制造業(yè)采購經(jīng)理指數(shù)(PMI)為51.4%，已連續(xù)8個月處于擴(kuò)張區(qū)間。

PMI for the nonmanufacturing sector came in at 56.2, compared with 55.9 in the previous month, according to the National Bureau of Statistics.
非制造業(yè)PMI為56.2%，比上月上升0.3個百分點。

While the manufacturing PMI was slightly down from 51.5 in September, it was above the market expectations of 51.3.
雖然10月制造業(yè)PMI較9月的51.5%略有下降，但高于市場51.3%的預(yù)期。

The services sector also accelerated the pace of recovery, with the subindex for business activities expanding 0.3 points from the previous month, to 55.5, NBS said.
國家統(tǒng)計局表示，服務(wù)業(yè)復(fù)蘇勢頭也在加快，10月服務(wù)業(yè)商務(wù)活動指數(shù)為55.5%，比上月上升0.3個百分點。
