我國近日印發(fā)《關于以新業(yè)態(tài)新模式引領新型消費加快發(fā)展的意見》,旨在著力補齊新型消費短板,去除機制障礙,推動線上線下消費有機融合。
China issued a guideline on accelerating the development of consumption created by new forms of business. The guideline is aimed at shoring up weak links in new forms of consumption, removing institutional obstacles and deepening integration of online and offline consumption.

近年來,我國以網(wǎng)絡購物、移動支付、線上線下融合等新業(yè)態(tài)新模式為特征的新型消費迅速發(fā)展,特別是今年新冠肺炎疫情發(fā)生以來,傳統(tǒng)接觸式線下消費受到影響,新型消費發(fā)揮了重要作用,有效保障了居民日常生活需要,推動了國內消費恢復,促進了經(jīng)濟企穩(wěn)回升。
《關于以新業(yè)態(tài)新模式引領新型消費加快發(fā)展的意見》提出,經(jīng)過3—5年努力,促進新型消費發(fā)展的體制機制和政策體系更加完善,通過進一步優(yōu)化新業(yè)態(tài)新模式引領新型消費發(fā)展的環(huán)境、進一步提升新型消費產(chǎn)品的供給質量、進一步增強新型消費對擴內需穩(wěn)就業(yè)的支撐,到2025年,培育形成一批新型消費示范城市和領先企業(yè),實物商品網(wǎng)上零售額占社會消費品零售總額比重顯著提高,“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+服務”等消費新業(yè)態(tài)新模式得到普及并趨于成熟。
