【單詞講解】

針對世貿(mào)組織專家組的這一裁決，商務(wù)部新聞發(fā)言人回應(yīng)表示：

Calling the ruling made by a WTO expert panel "objective and fair," the spokesperson said it's a must for China to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests by resorting to the WTO dispute settlement mechanism to tackle the wrongful practices of the US unilateralism and trade protectionism. It also demonstrates China's firm determination to respect WTO rules and safeguard the authority of the multilateral trading system.
中方對專家組做出的客觀、公正裁決表示贊賞。中方將美方單邊主義和貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義的錯誤做法訴諸世貿(mào)組織爭端解決機(jī)制，是維護(hù)自身合法權(quán)益的需要，也彰顯了中方尊重世貿(mào)組織規(guī)則、維護(hù)多邊貿(mào)易體制權(quán)威性的堅定決心。

Noting that the multilateral trading system with the WTO at its core is the cornerstone of international trade, the spokesperson said China has always firmly supported and safeguarded the cornerstone and respected WTO rules and rulings.
以世貿(mào)組織為核心的多邊貿(mào)易體制是國際貿(mào)易的基石。中方始終堅定支持和維護(hù)這一基石，尊重世貿(mào)組織規(guī)則和裁決。

China also hopes that the US side will fully respect the ruling of the WTO expert panel and the rules-based multilateral trading system, take concrete actions and work with China and other WTO members to jointly safeguard the multilateral trading system and promote stable and sound development of the world economy, the spokesperson said.
中方也希望美方充分尊重專家組的裁決和以規(guī)則為基礎(chǔ)的多邊貿(mào)易體制，采取實際行動，與中方和其他世貿(mào)組織成員相向而行，共同維護(hù)多邊貿(mào)易體制，推動世界經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展。
