國務(wù)院扶貧辦等11個部門將在9月聯(lián)合開展“全國消費扶貧月”活動,促進(jìn)貧困地區(qū)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的銷售,助力脫貧攻堅。
China will launch nationwide pro-consumption projects in September to boost sales of products from poor areas in an effort to promote poverty alleviation. The month-long programs have been jointly organized by 11 departments including the State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development.

消費扶貧是社會力量參與脫貧攻堅的重要途徑。社會各界通過消費來自貧困地區(qū)和貧困人口的產(chǎn)品與服務(wù),幫助貧困人口增收脫貧,既能滿足消費者需求、激發(fā)扶貧的責(zé)任感,又能催生貧困戶脫貧的內(nèi)生動力,使其走上長期穩(wěn)定增收的道路。深刻理解并且在實踐中用好消費扶貧這一扶貧方式,對打贏脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn)具有重要作用。
9月是扶貧產(chǎn)品開始大量上市的季節(jié),國務(wù)院扶貧辦、商務(wù)部等國家11部門組織開展以“萬企參與,億人同行”為主題的全國消費扶貧月活動,激發(fā)市場消費潛力,擴(kuò)大扶貧產(chǎn)品銷售。國務(wù)院扶貧辦按照“市場主體自愿申請、中西部縣級扶貧主管部門認(rèn)定、定期公示發(fā)布、國家省市三級監(jiān)管”的流程,組織中西部規(guī)范認(rèn)定扶貧產(chǎn)品;積極推進(jìn)預(yù)算單位采購、扶貧產(chǎn)品交易市場、企業(yè)和社會組織幫助銷售等模式,拓展扶貧產(chǎn)品銷售渠道;建設(shè)社會扶貧網(wǎng)消費扶貧第四方平臺,為扶貧產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)者、銷售者、購買者提供信息發(fā)布、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計等服務(wù)。

要確保貧困群眾持續(xù)穩(wěn)定增收。脫貧摘帽不是終點,而是新生活、新奮斗的起點。
