起訴 file a lawsuit

總部位于洛杉磯的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司TikTok8月22日宣布，將就美國政府涉及該公司及其母公司字節(jié)跳動的行政令提起訴訟，以維護自身合法權(quán)益。

"Over the past year we have earnestly sought to communicate with the US government and provided solutions regarding its concerns," the company said in a statement on Sunday. "But the US administration disregarded facts, disobeyed necessary legal procedures and tried to insert itself into negotiations between private businesses. "To ensure that the rule of law is not discarded, and that our company and users are treated fairly, we announce that we will officially file a lawsuit to safeguard our interests."

【單詞講解】

這里的disregard facts（罔顧事實）和disobey necessary legal procedures（不遵循正當法律程序）中用到的disregard和disobey都是在動詞前面加了表示否定的前綴“dis”后（dis+regard以及dis+obey）表示與原動詞相反的意思，其他類似的詞還有disappear，dishonest，disagree，disapprove等。

一是調(diào)整漲跌幅限制。創(chuàng)業(yè)板注冊制新股上市前5個交易日不設(shè)日漲跌幅限制（no upper limits for daily price fluctuation in the first 5 trading days），之后日漲跌幅限制比例為20%。

二是引入申報價格范圍限制（bidding price range）。創(chuàng)業(yè)板股票連續(xù)競價階段限價申報的買入申報價格不得高于買入基準價格的102%，賣出申報價格不得低于賣出基準價格的98%。

三是優(yōu)化盤中臨時停牌機制。創(chuàng)業(yè)板無價格漲跌幅限制股票盤中臨時停牌（temporary trade suspension）的觸發(fā)閾值為漲跌30%和60%（limit up of 30% and limit down of 60%），停牌持續(xù)時間為10分鐘，在警示交易風險的同時，保障交易連續(xù)性和市場價格發(fā)現(xiàn)功能。

四是調(diào)整單筆最高申報數(shù)量。創(chuàng)業(yè)板股票限價申報的單筆買賣申報數(shù)量（the number of limit orders in one trade）不得超過30萬股，市價申報的單筆買賣申報數(shù)量不得超過15萬股。
