總部位于洛杉磯的互聯網公司TikTok8月22日宣布，將就美國政府涉及該公司及其母公司字節(jié)跳動的行政令提起訴訟，以維護自身合法權益。

"Over the past year we have earnestly sought to communicate with the US government and provided solutions regarding its concerns," the company said in a statement on Sunday. "But the US administration disregarded facts, disobeyed necessary legal procedures and tried to insert itself into negotiations between private businesses. "To ensure that the rule of law is not discarded, and that our company and users are treated fairly, we announce that we will officially file a lawsuit to safeguard our interests."
TikTok當天發(fā)布聲明說：“近一年來，我們懷著真誠的態(tài)度，尋求跟美國政府溝通，針對他們所提出的顧慮提供解決方案。但美國政府罔顧事實，不遵循正當法律程序，甚至試圖強行介入商業(yè)公司談判。為確保法治不被摒棄，確保公司和用戶獲得公正的對待，我們將通過訴訟維護權益。”

【單詞講解】

這里的disregard facts（罔顧事實）和disobey necessary legal procedures（不遵循正當法律程序）中用到的disregard和disobey都是在動詞前面加了表示否定的前綴“dis”后（dis+regard以及dis+obey）表示與原動詞相反的意思，其他類似的詞還有disappear，dishonest，disagree，disapprove等。
