隨著新冠肺炎疫情得到控制，我國(guó)就業(yè)市場(chǎng)穩(wěn)步復(fù)蘇。人力資源和社會(huì)保障部表示，上半年，全國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)新增就業(yè)564萬人，完成全年目標(biāo)的63%。
A total of 5.64 million new jobs were created in China's urban areas in the first half of the year, 63 percent of the annual target, according to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, as the country experiences a steady recovery in its job market amid containment of the COVID-19 pandemic.

就業(yè)是最大的民生。今年以來，國(guó)家把就業(yè)放在“六穩(wěn)”“六保”首位，更大力度實(shí)施就業(yè)優(yōu)先政策，為穩(wěn)就業(yè)提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)支撐。面對(duì)疫情沖擊，各地區(qū)各部門不斷強(qiáng)化政策供給，及時(shí)出臺(tái)了一系列政策措施。這些政策具體可以歸納為五個(gè)方面：一是穩(wěn)崗位，通過“減免緩返補(bǔ)”等政策，為企業(yè)減負(fù)，穩(wěn)住現(xiàn)有就業(yè)崗位。二是擴(kuò)渠道，通過財(cái)政、貨幣等宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策聚力支持穩(wěn)就業(yè)；優(yōu)先支持吸納就業(yè)多的投資項(xiàng)目、行業(yè)企業(yè)；加速釋放創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新帶動(dòng)就業(yè)潛力，清理取消不合理限制，促進(jìn)靈活就業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展。三是提技能，通過提升勞動(dòng)者職業(yè)技能，幫助就業(yè)。四是促匹配，通過針對(duì)性的就業(yè)服務(wù)，努力促進(jìn)勞動(dòng)者就業(yè)。五是兜底線，全力兜住困難群眾就業(yè)底線。

要堅(jiān)持以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想，兜住民生底線，落實(shí)就業(yè)優(yōu)先戰(zhàn)略和積極的就業(yè)政策，突出做好高校畢業(yè)生、退役軍人、農(nóng)民工、城鎮(zhèn)困難人員等重點(diǎn)群體就業(yè)工作。
