在甘肅省隴南市召開(kāi)的全國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)扶貧工作推進(jìn)會(huì)介紹，目前，全國(guó)90%以上的貧困村都有了農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社，在脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)中發(fā)揮了重要作用。832個(gè)貧困縣累計(jì)發(fā)展合作社68.2萬(wàn)家，直接帶動(dòng)近2200萬(wàn)名貧困人口脫貧增收。
More than 90 percent of poor villages in China have set up specialized farmers' cooperatives, which play an important role in the country's poverty alleviation efforts. A total of some 682,000 such cooperatives have been established in 832 poverty-stricken counties, which have helped nearly 22 million people shake off poverty, according to a national conference on poverty alleviation via developing industries held Monday in the city of Longnan, northwest China's Gansu province.

2017年第十二屆全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)第三十一次會(huì)議修訂的《中華人民共和國(guó)農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社法》規(guī)定，農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社是指在農(nóng)村家庭承包經(jīng)營(yíng)基礎(chǔ)上，農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)者或者農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)服務(wù)的提供者、利用者，自愿聯(lián)合、民主管理的互助性經(jīng)濟(jì)組織。農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社以其成員為主要服務(wù)對(duì)象，開(kāi)展以下一種或者多種業(yè)務(wù)：（一）農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)資料的購(gòu)買(mǎi)、使用；（二）農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)、銷售、加工、運(yùn)輸、貯藏及其他相關(guān)服務(wù)；（三）農(nóng)村民間工藝及制品、休閑農(nóng)業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源的開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)營(yíng)等；（四）與農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)有關(guān)的技術(shù)、信息、設(shè)施建設(shè)運(yùn)營(yíng)等服務(wù)。

要積極扶持家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)、農(nóng)民合作社等新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體，鼓勵(lì)各地因地制宜探索不同的專業(yè)合作社模式。
Support should be given to new types of agricultural businesses such as family farms and farmers' cooperatives, and the development of specialized cooperatives suited to local conditions should be encouraged across the country.
