制定《中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨軍隊(duì)黨的建設(shè)條例》，對(duì)確保黨對(duì)軍隊(duì)絕對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，確保有效履行新時(shí)代軍隊(duì)使命任務(wù)，具有重要意義。
