根據(jù)人社部和財政部聯(lián)合印發(fā)的通知，2020年全國將招募3.2萬名高校畢業(yè)生到基層從事支教、支農(nóng)、支醫(yī)和扶貧等服務(wù)，較2019年增加5000人。
China will hire 32,000 college graduates this year for community-level posts in education, agriculture, health care and poverty relief. The figure is up by 5,000 from last year, according to a circular jointly released by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance.

【知識點】
“三支一扶”是指高校畢業(yè)生到農(nóng)村基層從事支農(nóng)、支教、支醫(yī)和扶貧工作。自2006年國家啟動“三支一扶”計劃以來，目前已有近40萬高校畢業(yè)生扎根基層。黨的十八大以來，招募崗位向扶貧服務(wù)崗位傾斜，招募范圍向深貧地區(qū)特別是“三區(qū)三州”傾斜，招募人員向建檔立卡貧困家庭畢業(yè)生等困難群體傾斜。近年來，80%以上的“三支一扶”人員服務(wù)于中西部地區(qū)，近80%的期滿人員繼續(xù)留在基層工作?！叭б环觥比藛T在基層經(jīng)受了鍛煉，增長了才干，不少人已經(jīng)成長為業(yè)務(wù)骨干或行業(yè)帶頭人。通過“三支一扶”計劃的示范引領(lǐng)作用，高校畢業(yè)生認(rèn)識到基層同樣大有可為、大有作為，近年來報名參加“三支一扶”計劃的人數(shù)逐年增多。
