國務(wù)院聯(lián)防聯(lián)控機(jī)制綜合組6月8日公布了《關(guān)于加快推進(jìn)新冠病毒核酸檢測的實(shí)施意見》。

China will continue to make nucleic acid testing compulsory among all key groups and available for those who ask to be tested, according to the guideline.
意見明確，我國核酸檢測將對(duì)重點(diǎn)人群“應(yīng)檢盡檢”，其他人群“愿檢盡檢”。

重點(diǎn)人群包括：

close contact with COVID-19 cases
密切接觸者

inbound travelers
境外入境人員

patients in fever clinics
發(fā)熱門診患者

new inpatients and their caregivers
新住院患者及陪護(hù)人員

staff working at medical institutions
醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)工作人員

quarantine and inspection staff at ports and borders
口岸檢疫和邊防檢查人員

staff working at prisons and detention houses
監(jiān)所工作人員

nursing home workers
社會(huì)福利養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)工作人員

意見明確提出，提升檢測能力（boost testing capacity），盡力擴(kuò)大檢測范圍（expand the scope of testing）。意見還提出各地要加強(qiáng)公眾監(jiān)測預(yù)警，定期進(jìn)行人群抽樣檢測（conduct spot-checks），掌握當(dāng)?shù)匾咔榘l(fā)展變化，為動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整常態(tài)化防控措施提供依據(jù)。

意見特別強(qiáng)調(diào)，各地要加強(qiáng)三級(jí)醫(yī)院、傳染病?？漆t(yī)院（infectious disease hospitals）、縣（區(qū)）級(jí)及以上疾控機(jī)構(gòu)（disease control and prevention institutions at county-level or above）、海關(guān)及有條件的縣醫(yī)院實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)，使其具備開展新冠病毒檢測能力（enable them to conduct nucleic acid testing）。
