“占上風(fēng)”，是指占據(jù)有利地位、處于優(yōu)勢（have the advantage (over)）。 常用于比賽或者戰(zhàn)場等相互競技時，對于有優(yōu)勢的一方用占上風(fēng)。與英文慣用語“ have/gain the upper hand”意思相同，表示“have or gain advantage or control over someone or something”。
