針對森林火災問題，全國人大代表、內蒙古興安盟國有林場和森林公園管理局副局長陳良今年擬提交一份關于各地林草系統(tǒng)引進森林防火撲火智能系統(tǒng)的建議。

“Introducing a smart system of fire protection and firefighting is necessary, as frequent forest fires caused by extreme weather have brought tremendous losses to the country in recent years. In 2019, there were 2,345 forest fires nationwide, with the damaged areas totaling about 135 square kilometers.”

“各地林草系統(tǒng)引進森林防火撲火智能系統(tǒng)非常有必要。近年來，由于極端天氣等一系列原因導致森林火災頻發(fā)，帶來了無法估量的損失。2019年，全國共發(fā)生森林火災2345起，受害森林面積約135平方公里。”

“It's necessary to improve the early-warning and monitoring system, and also the communications and command system, to ensure a quick response to the fires. Some advanced facilities and smart firefighting systems, for example firefighting drones, are also needed. It's important to make the ability to deal with fires more comprehensive with the assistance of modern technologies and management systems.”

“我們要改進預警監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)、通信和信息指揮系統(tǒng)，確保對火災作出迅速反應。我們還要引進消防無人直升機等新興科技，即“智慧森林防撲火基礎設施”，從而提升森林火災綜合防控能力，實現(xiàn)新一代科學技術與森林防撲火融合發(fā)展，實現(xiàn)森林消防治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化?！?/p>
