人社部近日表示，全國(guó)已向320萬(wàn)戶企業(yè)發(fā)放失業(yè)保險(xiǎn)穩(wěn)崗返還423億元，惠及職工8513萬(wàn)人。受益企業(yè)戶數(shù)是去年全年的3倍，中小微企業(yè)受益面大幅擴(kuò)大。
A total of 42.3 billion yuan in unemployment insurance premium refunds has been distributed to 3.2 million enterprises across China with 85.13 million employees, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security said. Three times as many companies have received refunds this year than last year, with a growing number of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises among them, the ministry said.

人社部門(mén)在企業(yè)最困難的時(shí)候及時(shí)將穩(wěn)崗資金支付到位，助力復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)。一是轉(zhuǎn)變工作方式。變“企業(yè)找政策”為“政策找企業(yè)、資金找企業(yè)、服務(wù)找企業(yè)”。二是減少證明材料。凡人社部門(mén)內(nèi)部可查信息一律不要求企業(yè)提供，企業(yè)申領(lǐng)全程“免填表、免申報(bào)、免跑腿”。三是加速線上辦理。公布309個(gè)城市網(wǎng)上經(jīng)辦平臺(tái)，實(shí)行“不見(jiàn)面”審批。四是部門(mén)密切配合。各地普遍建立人社、財(cái)政、發(fā)改、經(jīng)信、稅務(wù)等部門(mén)分工協(xié)作聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制，業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)加快共享，工作運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)更加高效。

全面強(qiáng)化穩(wěn)就業(yè)舉措。要減負(fù)、穩(wěn)崗、擴(kuò)就業(yè)并舉，針對(duì)部分企業(yè)缺工嚴(yán)重、穩(wěn)崗壓力大和重點(diǎn)群體就業(yè)難等突出矛盾，支持多渠道靈活就業(yè)，做好高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作。
China will step up efforts to keep employment stable, with all-round measures to cut corporate burdens, keep the payroll stable, and create more jobs. In addressing the outstanding problems of serious scarcity of workers in some enterprises, high pressure in keeping the payroll stable, and difficulty of key groups to obtain employment, efforts should be given to support flexible employment through multiple channels and facilitate employment of college graduates.
