近日，國務(wù)院安委會辦公室、應(yīng)急管理部發(fā)出通知稱，隨著疫情防控的常態(tài)化，要加強(qiáng)安全生產(chǎn)。根據(jù)通知，各地區(qū)要在組織復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)的同時，扛起加強(qiáng)安全管理的責(zé)任。
Workplace safety should be enhanced as epidemic prevention and control becomes a regular practice, said a circular issued by the Office of the Work Safety Commission under the State Council and the Ministry of Emergency Management. Local authorities are required to shoulder responsibilities in strengthening safety management while organizing work resumption and production, according to the circular.

當(dāng)前，全國正處于統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)新冠肺炎疫情防控和復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵時期，安全生產(chǎn)意識和工作絲毫不能放松。根據(jù)國務(wù)院安委會辦公室、應(yīng)急管理部發(fā)出的通知，各地區(qū)要樹牢安全發(fā)展理念，強(qiáng)化底線思維和紅線意識，切實加強(qiáng)安全管理，統(tǒng)一組織開展安全生產(chǎn)執(zhí)法檢查，提高執(zhí)法檢查質(zhì)量和效果;要壓緊壓實企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)主體責(zé)任，增強(qiáng)每一個企業(yè)特別是主要負(fù)責(zé)人抓安全生產(chǎn)的主動性和自覺性；在抓好涉疫場所、疫情防控物資生產(chǎn)企業(yè)安全服務(wù)的同時，加強(qiáng)重點(diǎn)行業(yè)領(lǐng)域安全精準(zhǔn)治理，突出強(qiáng)化?；?、煤礦、非煤礦山、道路交通、建筑施工、城市運(yùn)行等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域安全治理；要堅持把人民群眾生命安全和救援人員安全放在首位，嚴(yán)防救援過程中發(fā)生次生災(zāi)害事故，加強(qiáng)崗位練兵和重點(diǎn)裝備物資儲備，提高重大事故災(zāi)害綜合救援能力。

生命重于泰山。各級黨委和政府務(wù)必把安全生產(chǎn)擺到重要位置，樹牢安全發(fā)展理念，絕不能只重發(fā)展不顧安全，更不能將其視作無關(guān)痛癢的事，搞形式主義、官僚主義。
Life is of paramount importance. Party committees and governments at all levels should put workplace safety high on the agenda and promote safe development. Pursuing development regardless of safety or considering safety insignificant are not allowed. Formalism and bureaucratism should be avoided.
