首批6000家單位參加、面向海內(nèi)外高層次人才和高校畢業(yè)生提供10萬余個崗位的“云選會”于3月16日在上海啟動。參加首批“云選會”活動的包括全球500強企業(yè)、大型國企、知名外企、高新技術(shù)企業(yè)、科創(chuàng)板上市企業(yè)等，還有亟須高層次人才的事業(yè)單位。
Shanghai on Monday launched a "cloud job fair" with 6,000 recruiters providing more than 100,000 jobs for high-level talent and college graduates worldwide. The first batch of recruiters included Fortune 500 companies, large State-owned enterprises, well-known foreign enterprises, high-tech firms, those listed on the sci-tech innovation board, as well as public institutions in urgent need of high-level talent.

“云選會”是上?！昂＞塾⒉拧?020春歸浦江”系列活動的一部分，上海還從引才、育才及服務(wù)人才等多方面向廣大英才發(fā)放“政策紅包”，將陸續(xù)推出7項人才環(huán)境優(yōu)化政策和7項精準服務(wù)舉措，如設(shè)立人力資源服務(wù)機構(gòu)“伯樂獎”，對為上海聚集人才作出突出貢獻的人力資源服務(wù)機構(gòu)給予資金獎勵，出臺人才安居梯次保障政策，加大人才住房保障力度，建立高層次人才購房租房補貼增長機制等；在精準服務(wù)上，有用人單位人才“云面試”服務(wù)、青年人才“落戶”便捷服務(wù)、職稱申報“直通”服務(wù)等。

此次“云選會”聚焦高層次人才和高校畢業(yè)生兩個重點，尤其是上海國際經(jīng)濟、金融、貿(mào)易、航運和科技創(chuàng)新等“五個中心”建設(shè)、重點區(qū)域發(fā)展等方面緊缺急需的人才。高層次人才“云選會”分成市級、區(qū)級和人力資源服務(wù)機構(gòu)專區(qū)，市級層面和區(qū)級層面分別設(shè)立十六個專場，高校畢業(yè)生“云選會”則分成三個專場。“云選會”平臺并非招聘信息的簡單推送，而是通過智慧服務(wù)“云小二”跟蹤用人單位需求，做精細、精準的招聘服務(wù)。

【重要講話】
全面強化穩(wěn)就業(yè)舉措。要減負、穩(wěn)崗、擴就業(yè)并舉，針對部分企業(yè)缺工嚴重、穩(wěn)崗壓力大和重點群體就業(yè)難等突出矛盾，支持多渠道靈活就業(yè)，做好高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作。
China will step up efforts to keep employment stable, with all-round measures to cut corporate burdens, keep the payroll stable, and create more jobs. As to the outstanding problems of serious scarcity of workers in some enterprises, high pressure in keeping the payroll stable, and difficulty of key groups to obtain employment, efforts should be given to support flexible employment through multiple channels and facilitate employment of college graduates.
