China will conduct a phased withdrawal of medical workers sent to aid treatment in Hubei province, in a sign that the epidemic has been brought under control in the country and its hardest hit region. The announcement was made at a meeting of the leading group of the Communist Party of China Central Committee on coping with the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak, chaired by Premier Li Keqiang on Monday.
16日，國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)主持召開(kāi)中共中央應(yīng)對(duì)新冠肺炎疫情工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組會(huì)議。會(huì)上宣布，我國(guó)將組織援鄂醫(yī)務(wù)人員分批撤離，這表明全國(guó)和國(guó)內(nèi)疫情最嚴(yán)重的地區(qū)湖北省的疫情已得到控制。

The withdrawal of medical workers from Hubei province must be conducted in an orderly manner and on the condition that severe cases have received high-level treatment, and normal medical services have resumed in the province, according to a statement issued after the meeting.
會(huì)后發(fā)表的公告提出，要在保證重癥患者得到高水平治療、湖北省恢復(fù)正常醫(yī)療服務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上，有序組織援鄂醫(yī)務(wù)人員分批撤離。

On Tuesday, 41 medical teams, consisting of 3,675 members, will be returning home to other Chinese provinces.
17日，由3675名醫(yī)務(wù)人員組成的41支醫(yī)療隊(duì)將返回各省市。

They were treating patients at seven designated hospitals and 14 makeshift hospitals throughout Wuhan.
這批醫(yī)務(wù)人員曾在武漢7所定點(diǎn)醫(yī)院和14所方艙醫(yī)院救治病患。

China sent 346 medical teams and more than 42,600 medical workers to help with the treatment in Hubei province, an official from the National Health Commission said on March 8.

Diners will not be allowed to sit face-to-face in restaurants and canteens in Beijing during the coronavirus outbreak, according to the latest government notice.
北京市商務(wù)局近日制定出臺(tái)新版餐飲服務(wù)指引，提出在新冠肺炎疫情期間，在北京各類餐飲門(mén)店和食堂就餐時(shí)不得面對(duì)面就坐。

The guidelines issued by the Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau also asked outlets of catering firms and canteens of government units and institutes to place dining tables at least 1 meter apart.
指引同時(shí)要求，餐飲企業(yè)及機(jī)關(guān)和單位食堂餐桌間隔要在1米以上。

Restaurants must strictly limit the density of diners and check their temperatures at the entrance, said the guidelines, which also demand timely disinfection of tables, doorknobs, faucets and other facilities that are regularly touched by customers.
餐飲服務(wù)單位要嚴(yán)格控制就餐人流密度，在餐廳入口處為顧客檢測(cè)體溫，對(duì)于顧客接觸多的桌面、門(mén)把手、水龍頭等部位及時(shí)清潔消毒。

In particular, it advocates the use of QR codes for placing orders and paying bills. Catering companies are also asked to promote the use of serving utensils, which are still not common in many smaller eateries.
