3月8日，民政部召開全國民政系統(tǒng)脫貧攻堅(jiān)兜底保障動(dòng)員大會(huì)電視電話會(huì)議，提出實(shí)施社會(huì)救助兜底脫貧行動(dòng)等一系列舉措。會(huì)議提出，要開展監(jiān)測(cè)摸底確定對(duì)象，確保符合條件的貧困人口全部納入兜底保障范圍，落實(shí)幫扶政策。
China has rolled out a slew of measures to strengthen social assistance for people most in need and fight against poverty, the Ministry of Civil Affairs said Sunday. A census targeting poor people will be launched to ensure those eligible are covered by the social security system and have access to supportive policies, the ministry said at a teleconference on poverty relief.

對(duì)52個(gè)未摘帽貧困縣和1113個(gè)貧困村實(shí)施掛牌督戰(zhàn)，對(duì)沒有勞動(dòng)能力的特殊貧困人口要強(qiáng)化社會(huì)保障兜底，實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)保盡保。
Local governments are urged to speed up efforts in lifting the 52 poor counties and 1,113 villages out of poverty and enhance social security guarantees to impoverished people having no ability to work.
