中央應(yīng)對(duì)新型冠狀病毒感染肺炎疫情工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組2月4日召開會(huì)議，部署提高湖北省武漢市新型冠狀病毒感染患者收治率和治愈率、降低感染率和病死率的措施。會(huì)議還提出，要進(jìn)一步做好醫(yī)療資源和生活物資保障供應(yīng)。
Chinese authorities on Tuesday deployed further measures to improve patient admission and survival rates and reduce infection and fatality rates in China's central province Hubei and its capital Wuhan amid efforts to curb the pneumonia epidemic caused by the novel coronavirus. More measures will be taken to ensure the supply of medical resources and daily necessities, according to a meeting of the leading group of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee on the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus outbreak.

根據(jù)新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎診療方案（試行第五版）。已將該病納入《中華人民共和國(guó)傳染病防治法》規(guī)定的乙類傳染病，并采取甲類傳染病的預(yù)防、控制措施。治療包括隔離、對(duì)癥支持，同時(shí)密切監(jiān)測(cè)病情變化，尤其是呼吸頻率、指氧飽和度等。疑似病例應(yīng)單人單間隔離治療，確診病例可收治在同一病室。危重癥病例應(yīng)盡早收入ICU治療。

在“體溫恢復(fù)正常3天以上、呼吸道癥狀明顯好轉(zhuǎn)”基礎(chǔ)上，增加“肺部影像學(xué)顯示炎癥明顯吸收”，連續(xù)兩次呼吸道病原核酸檢測(cè)陰性（采樣時(shí)間間隔至少1天），可解除隔離出院或根據(jù)病情轉(zhuǎn)至相應(yīng)科室治療其他疾病。
