《軍隊監(jiān)察工作條例（試行）》自2020年2月1日起施行。《條例》著力構(gòu)建統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、權(quán)威高效、全面覆蓋的軍隊監(jiān)察體制。
The trial regulation on military supervision work, which took effect on Feb 1, was introduced to establish an authoritative and efficient military supervision system with complete coverage under a unified command.

《軍隊監(jiān)察工作條例（試行）》共10章62條，涵蓋監(jiān)察委員會設(shè)置、監(jiān)察范圍和管轄、監(jiān)督、調(diào)查、處置、監(jiān)察工作協(xié)作配合、對監(jiān)察委員會和監(jiān)察人員的監(jiān)督等各個方面?！稐l例》強調(diào)，軍隊監(jiān)察工作必須堅持戰(zhàn)斗力標準，服務(wù)備戰(zhàn)打仗；堅持以事實為依據(jù)，以法律為準繩；堅持權(quán)責(zé)統(tǒng)一、失責(zé)必究；堅持懲前毖后、治病救人，抓早抓小、防微杜漸；堅持標本兼治、綜合治理，構(gòu)建不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐的長效機制。《條例》規(guī)定，軍隊各級監(jiān)察委員會是行使監(jiān)察職能的專責(zé)機關(guān)，依法履行監(jiān)督、調(diào)查、處置職責(zé)。監(jiān)察委員會在本級黨的委員會和上級監(jiān)察委員會領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下開展監(jiān)察工作?！稐l例》明確，監(jiān)察委員會應(yīng)當(dāng)健全內(nèi)控機制，嚴格對監(jiān)察人員的教育管理，強化自我監(jiān)督，建設(shè)忠誠、干凈、擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)谋O(jiān)察隊伍。
