國務(wù)院扶貧辦表示，預(yù)計(jì)2019年我國減貧人口將超1000萬。到今年年底，我國95%以上的貧困人口可以脫貧，90%以上的貧困縣可以摘帽。
China is expected to lift over 10 million people out of poverty by the end of 2019. More than 95 percent of China's poor population is expected to shake off poverty and over 90 percent of poor counties are expected to be removed from the poverty list by the end of this year, according to the State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development.

以現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)衡量，1978年末我國農(nóng)村貧困發(fā)生率高達(dá)97.5%，農(nóng)村貧困人口7.7億人，而截至2018年底，只剩下1660萬人未脫貧。2013—2018年6年來，農(nóng)村累計(jì)減貧8239萬人，連續(xù)6年平均每年減貧1300多萬人。

明年是脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)的收官之年，要確保脫貧攻堅(jiān)任務(wù)如期全面完成，集中兵力打好深度貧困殲滅戰(zhàn)。下一步，要加快“三區(qū)三州”等深度貧困地區(qū)脫貧；建立防貧監(jiān)測預(yù)警機(jī)制和穩(wěn)定脫貧長效機(jī)制，鞏固脫貧成果防止返貧；深化東西部扶貧協(xié)作和定點(diǎn)扶貧，助力西部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展；組織開展脫貧攻堅(jiān)“回頭看”工作，查遺補(bǔ)漏，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決問題。
