中央經(jīng)濟(jì)工作會(huì)議12月10日至12日在北京舉行。會(huì)議指出，實(shí)現(xiàn)明年預(yù)期目標(biāo)，要堅(jiān)持穩(wěn)字當(dāng)頭，堅(jiān)持宏觀政策要穩(wěn)、微觀政策要活、社會(huì)政策要托底的政策框架。
The annual Central Economic Work Conference was held in Beijing from Tuesday to Thursday. To achieve the expected targets for 2020, China will make ensuring stability a top priority, and uphold the policy framework of stable macro policies, flexible micro policies, and social policies that ensure basic needs are met, according to a statement released after the conference.

會(huì)議指出，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)中向好、長期向好的基本趨勢(shì)沒有改變。我們有黨的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和中國特色社會(huì)主義制度的顯著優(yōu)勢(shì)，有改革開放以來積累的雄厚物質(zhì)技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)，有超大規(guī)模的市場(chǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和內(nèi)需潛力，有龐大的人力資本和人才資源，全黨全國堅(jiān)定信心、同心同德，一定能戰(zhàn)勝各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)挑戰(zhàn)。
會(huì)議強(qiáng)調(diào)，明年是全面建成小康社會(huì)和“十三五”規(guī)劃收官之年，要實(shí)現(xiàn)第一個(gè)百年奮斗目標(biāo)，為“十四五”發(fā)展和實(shí)現(xiàn)第二個(gè)百年奮斗目標(biāo)打好基礎(chǔ)，做好經(jīng)濟(jì)工作十分重要。

當(dāng)前，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)總體是好的，但經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展面臨的國際環(huán)境和國內(nèi)條件在發(fā)生深刻而復(fù)雜的變化。只要我們保持定力、站穩(wěn)腳跟，在埋頭苦干中增長實(shí)力，在改革創(chuàng)新中挖掘潛能，在積極進(jìn)取中開拓新局，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)航船就一定能夠乘風(fēng)破浪、行穩(wěn)致遠(yuǎn)。
China's economy is generally sound, yet the external environment and domestic economic situation are undergoing profound and complicated changes. As long as we keep focused, stand firm and work hard to enhance our strength, exploit our potential in reform and innovation and actively open new ground, the ship of the Chinese economy is bound to ride the waves and sail forward steadily.
