財(cái)政部11月18日公布，中央財(cái)政近日提前下達(dá)全國(guó)28個(gè)省(自治區(qū)、直轄市)2020年中央財(cái)政專項(xiàng)扶貧資金預(yù)算1136億元，約占2019年中央財(cái)政專項(xiàng)扶貧資金的90%。其中，繼續(xù)重點(diǎn)加大對(duì)“三區(qū)三州” （ “三區(qū)”即西藏自治區(qū)、新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)南疆四地州和四省藏區(qū)；“三州”是指甘肅的臨夏州、四川的涼山州和云南的怒江州）等深度貧困地區(qū)支持力度，專門安排“三區(qū)三州”144億元。
The central government has dispensed part of the 2020 funds for poverty alleviation to local governments, the Ministry of Finance said Monday. The 2020 poverty relief fund already allocated to 28 provincial-level regions totaled 113.6 billion yuan, accounting for 90 percent of that recorded in 2019, according to the ministry. Some 14.4 billion yuan of the money will be channeled to support areas in deep poverty, including Tibet autonomous region, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, and parts of Sichuan, Yunnan and Gansu provinces.

2015年11月，中央召開(kāi)扶貧開(kāi)發(fā)工作會(huì)議，印發(fā)了《中共中央 國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于打贏脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)的決定》，提出到2020年確保我國(guó)現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下農(nóng)村貧困人口實(shí)現(xiàn)脫貧，貧困縣全部摘帽，解決區(qū)域性整體貧困。我國(guó)扶貧開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)入脫貧攻堅(jiān)新階段。中央財(cái)政繼續(xù)大幅增加財(cái)政專項(xiàng)扶貧資金規(guī)模，增長(zhǎng)幅度體現(xiàn)加大脫貧攻堅(jiān)力度的要求，繼續(xù)重點(diǎn)加大對(duì)“三區(qū)三州”等深度貧困地區(qū)的支持力度。

要深化脫貧攻堅(jiān)，把脫貧攻堅(jiān)重心向深度貧困地區(qū)聚焦，逐村逐戶、逐人逐項(xiàng)去解決問(wèn)題，堅(jiān)決攻克最后的貧困堡壘。
