中央軍委基層建設(shè)會(huì)議11月8日至10日在京召開。中共中央總書記、國(guó)家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平出席會(huì)議并發(fā)表重要講話。他強(qiáng)調(diào)，加強(qiáng)新時(shí)代我軍基層建設(shè)，是強(qiáng)軍興軍的根基所在、力量所在。全軍要發(fā)揚(yáng)優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，強(qiáng)化改革創(chuàng)新，推動(dòng)我軍基層建設(shè)全面進(jìn)步全面過硬。

Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, spoke in Beijing at a conference on the development of the PLA that began on Friday and concluded on Sunday.
