東盟十國以及中國、日本、韓國、印度、澳大利亞和新西蘭等六個(gè)亞太自由貿(mào)易伙伴在一份領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人聯(lián)合聲明中表示，區(qū)域全面經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)定（RCEP）的15個(gè)成員國已經(jīng)結(jié)束全部文本談判及實(shí)質(zhì)上所有市場準(zhǔn)入談判，并將通力合作解決剩余問題，致力于確保明年簽署協(xié)議。
The 10-member Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and its six Asia-Pacific free trade partners -- namely China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, India, Australia and New Zealand -- said in a joint leaders' statement that 15 Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) participating countries have concluded text-based negotiations and essentially all their market access issues. The countries also said that all RCEP participating countries will work together to resolve the remaining issues with an eye on signing a deal next year.

聲明說，RCEP15個(gè)成員國已經(jīng)結(jié)束全部文本談判及實(shí)質(zhì)上所有市場準(zhǔn)入談判，并將盡快準(zhǔn)備好完整法律文本，以確保2020年簽署協(xié)議。印度有重要問題尚未得到解決，所有RCEP成員國將通過合作，以各方滿意的方式解決這些問題。

我高興地得知，昨天區(qū)域全面經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)定15個(gè)成員國已經(jīng)整體上結(jié)束談判，希望協(xié)定能夠早日簽署生效。中國愿同更多國家商簽高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定，加快中歐投資協(xié)定、中日韓自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定、中國－海合會(huì)自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定談判進(jìn)程。中國將積極參與聯(lián)合國、二十國集團(tuán)、亞太經(jīng)合組織、金磚國家等機(jī)制合作，共同推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化向前發(fā)展。
I am happy to note that yesterday, 15 countries taking part in the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) concluded text-based negotiations, and I hope the agreement will be signed and enter into force at an early date. China will be happy to conclude high-standard free trade agreements with more countries. We will speed up negotiations on a China-EU investment agreement, a China-Japan-ROK FTA, and a China-Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) FTA. We will stay actively engaged in cooperation within the United Nations, the G20, APEC, and BRICS to move economic globalization forward.
