日前，文化和旅游部對(duì)山西省晉中市喬家大院等7家質(zhì)量嚴(yán)重不達(dá)標(biāo)或存在嚴(yán)重問(wèn)題的5A級(jí)旅游景區(qū)予以處理。

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism conducted a review and inspection of select 5A-level scenic areas to check their resource conservation, tourist facilities and sanitation and safety management, among other services, the ministry said Wednesday.
文化和旅游部近期組織第三方專(zhuān)業(yè)檢查員對(duì)部分5A級(jí)旅游景區(qū)的資源保護(hù)、游覽設(shè)施、環(huán)境衛(wèi)生、安全管理及其他服務(wù)方面情況進(jìn)行了復(fù)核檢查。

【知識(shí)點(diǎn)】

我國(guó)旅游景區(qū)質(zhì)量等級(jí)（quality rating of scenic areas）劃分為五級(jí)，從高到低依次為AAAAA、AAAA、AAA、AA、A級(jí)旅游景區(qū)。旅游景區(qū)質(zhì)量等級(jí)的標(biāo)牌、證書(shū)由全國(guó)旅游景區(qū)質(zhì)量等級(jí)評(píng)定機(jī)構(gòu)統(tǒng)一規(guī)定。

景區(qū)評(píng)定等級(jí)需要滿足的條件包括三個(gè)細(xì)則，細(xì)則一為服務(wù)質(zhì)量與環(huán)境質(zhì)量（quality of service and environment），共分為旅游交通（transport）、游覽（tour）、旅游安全（travel safety）、衛(wèi)生（sanitation）、郵電服務(wù)（postal service）、旅游購(gòu)物（shopping）、綜合管理以及資源和環(huán)境的保護(hù)（resource and environment conservation）8個(gè)大項(xiàng)；細(xì)則二為景觀質(zhì)量，分為資源要素價(jià)值與景觀市場(chǎng)價(jià)值兩大評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目；細(xì)則三為游客意見(jiàn)（tourists feedback），以游客對(duì)該旅游景區(qū)的綜合滿意度為依據(jù)。

According to the inspection results, Qiaojia Dayuan, a tourist site featuring an ancient and traditional folk house in the city of Jinzhong, North China's Shanxi province, was removed from the 5A-level list.
根據(jù)檢查結(jié)果，文化和旅游部決定，對(duì)山西省晉中市喬家大院景區(qū)予以取消5A質(zhì)量等級(jí)處理。

The ministry also named and shamed another six 5A-level tourism spots, and urged them to rectify their problems within three months.
文化和旅游部還對(duì)6家5A級(jí)旅游景區(qū)予以通報(bào)批評(píng)處理，限期3個(gè)月整改。

【詞匯講解】

Name and shame是英語(yǔ)里常用的一個(gè)固定搭配，這個(gè)短語(yǔ)的意思是：to reveal the identity of a person or organization guilty of illegal or unacceptable behavior in order to embarrass them into not repeating the offence，即“將實(shí)施了違法違規(guī)行為的個(gè)人或組織的身份公布出來(lái)，讓他們難堪，以防止今后再犯”，用中文里的“通報(bào)批評(píng)”對(duì)應(yīng)很合適。另外，曾經(jīng)在電視劇里出現(xiàn)過(guò)的“游街示眾”則可以用shame parade來(lái)表示。

這6家被通報(bào)批評(píng)的景區(qū)為：遼寧省沈陽(yáng)市沈陽(yáng)植物園景區(qū)、浙江省溫州市雁蕩山景區(qū)、河南省焦作市云臺(tái)山景區(qū)、廣東省梅州市雁南飛茶田景區(qū)、四川省樂(lè)山市峨眉山景區(qū)和云南省昆明市石林景區(qū)。
