《中國農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展報告2019》指出，2018年是中國農(nóng)業(yè)改革40周年，也是實施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略的開局之年。農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展總體勢頭向好，糧食總產(chǎn)量達(dá)6.58億噸。
The year 2018 marked the 40th anniversary of rural reform in China and saw the implementation of a rural revitalization strategy. The agricultural sector has seen a positive overall trend in development, with total grain output reaching 658 million tons, according to the China Agricultural Sector Development Report 2019.

2017年10月18日，習(xí)近平總書記在黨的十九大報告首次提出“鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略”，這是黨的十九大作出的重大決策部署，也是新時代做好“三農(nóng)”工作的總抓手。鄉(xiāng)村振興是以農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展為基礎(chǔ)，包括農(nóng)村文化、治理、民生、生態(tài)等在內(nèi)的鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展水平的整體性提升，總要求為產(chǎn)業(yè)興旺、生態(tài)宜居、鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)文明、治理有效、生活富裕。2018年2月4日，《中共中央國務(wù)院關(guān)于實施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略的意見》發(fā)布，對實施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了全面部署。

要推動鄉(xiāng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)振興，緊緊圍繞發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)，圍繞農(nóng)村一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展，構(gòu)建鄉(xiāng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)體系，實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)興旺，把產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展落到促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收上來，全力以赴消除農(nóng)村貧困，推動鄉(xiāng)村生活富裕。
