4月1日18時(shí)，應(yīng)急管理部、國(guó)家林業(yè)和草原局、中國(guó)氣象局聯(lián)合發(fā)布3年來首個(gè)森林火險(xiǎn)紅色預(yù)警。

China issued a red alert, the highest level, for forest fire risks in arid northern and southwestern regions. Beijing, Tianjin, and the provinces of Hebei, Shanxi and Sichuan, will see the risk of forest fires stay at the highest level until Monday, and "under the red alert, no open fires are allowed in forests and grasslands", Yang Xiaodan, chief forecaster of the National Meteorological Center's Public Information Center, said on Tuesday.
我國(guó)對(duì)干旱的北方和西南地區(qū)發(fā)布最高級(jí)別的森林火險(xiǎn)紅色預(yù)警。中國(guó)氣象局公共氣象服務(wù)中心副首席楊曉丹表示，一直到4月8日，北京、天津、河北、山西、四川等地森林火險(xiǎn)等級(jí)將維持在極度危險(xiǎn)級(jí)別,“紅色預(yù)警的發(fā)布意味著在林區(qū)、牧區(qū)都應(yīng)禁止一切用火”。

一般來說發(fā)生在野外的火災(zāi)在英語里統(tǒng)稱為wildfire（野火），根據(jù)燃燒植被的種類又可以具體分為brush fire（灌木叢火災(zāi)）, bushfire（叢林火災(zāi)）, desert fire（沙漠火災(zāi)）, forest fire（森林火災(zāi)）, grass fire（草地火災(zāi)）, hill fire（山火）等。

依據(jù)氣象因子變化（meteorological factor change）、森林可燃物變化（change of combustible forest materials）以及引發(fā)森林火災(zāi)火源發(fā)生狀態(tài)（the state of forest fire sources），森林火險(xiǎn)預(yù)警等級(jí)（forest fire risk level）由低到高劃分為三個(gè)預(yù)警級(jí)別，并依次采用黃色、橙色和紅色來加以表示。

上一次我國(guó)發(fā)布森林火險(xiǎn)紅色預(yù)警是在2016年3月。

The alert was issued based on comprehensive considerations, including the persistent dry weather, strong winds and high temperatures, and also the coming Tomb Sweeping Day when thousands will travel to ancestors' grave sites and in some cases, burn offerings.
此次紅色預(yù)警是在綜合考慮了持續(xù)干旱天氣、大風(fēng)天多、氣溫偏高的因素，以及清明節(jié)期間數(shù)千人會(huì)出門掃墓，有些還會(huì)焚燒祭品等情況的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)布的。

3月30日17時(shí)，四川省涼山州木里縣境內(nèi)發(fā)生森林火災(zāi)，30名撲救人員犧牲。涼山州政府副秘書長(zhǎng)吉木子拉介紹，州政府和森林消防相關(guān)單位已為30名犧牲的救火英雄啟動(dòng)烈士申報(bào)程序。

4月2日15時(shí)，涼山木里森林火災(zāi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)明火已全部撲滅，現(xiàn)已轉(zhuǎn)入清理余火（clean up embers）階段。

涼山州安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)察執(zhí)法支隊(duì)長(zhǎng)唐毅表示，四川省人民政府依法成立了涼山州木里縣森林火災(zāi)調(diào)查組，將對(duì)此次火災(zāi)起火原因等工作依法調(diào)查，相關(guān)調(diào)查結(jié)果將及時(shí)向社會(huì)公布。
