加快在各行業(yè)各領(lǐng)域推進(jìn)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”。持續(xù)推動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)提速降費(fèi)。開(kāi)展城市千兆寬帶入戶示范，改造提升遠(yuǎn)程教育、遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療網(wǎng)絡(luò)，推動(dòng)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)基站擴(kuò)容升級(jí)，讓用戶切實(shí)感受到網(wǎng)速更快更穩(wěn)定。

推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)義務(wù)教育一體化發(fā)展，加快改善鄉(xiāng)村學(xué)校辦學(xué)條件，抓緊解決城鎮(zhèn)學(xué)?！按蟀囝~”問(wèn)題，保障進(jìn)城務(wù)工人員隨遷子女教育，發(fā)展“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+教育”，促進(jìn)優(yōu)質(zhì)資源共享。
We will promote the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education, move faster to improve conditions in rural schools and to address the problem of oversized classes in urban schools, ensure access to education for children living with their migrant worker parents in cities, develop Internet Plus Education models, and promote quality resource sharing.

Internet Plus Inspection initiative

壓減和規(guī)范督查檢查考核事項(xiàng)，實(shí)施“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+督查”。減少開(kāi)會(huì)和發(fā)文數(shù)量，今年國(guó)務(wù)院及其部門(mén)要帶頭大幅精簡(jiǎn)會(huì)議、堅(jiān)決把文件壓減三分之一以上。
We will cut down on and overhaul matters subject to inspection, checks, and evaluations, and implement an Internet Plus Inspection initiative. The number of meetings and documents will be cut. This year, the State Council and its offices and departments will lead the way in making major reductions to the number of meetings and will cut the number of documents issued by over a third.
