十三屆全國人大二次會議新聞中心于3月8日（星期五）10時在梅地亞中心新聞發(fā)布廳舉行記者會，邀請國務(wù)委員兼外交部長王毅就“中國外交政策和對外關(guān)系”相關(guān)問題回答中外記者提問。

中國外交正站在新的歷史起點

The world is experiencing profound shifts unseen in a century and the Chinese diplomacy has reached a new starting point, Wang Yi said at a press conference on the sidelines of the second session of the 13th National People's Congress in Beijing on Friday.

王毅說，當(dāng)今世界正處于百年未有之大變局。中國外交正站在新的歷史起點。

"We will remain on the path of peaceful development, work for win-win outcome, uphold existing international systems and shoulder more international responsibilities," he said.

他說：“我們將堅持和平發(fā)展道路，踐行合作共贏理念，維護現(xiàn)有國際體系，承擔(dān)更多的國際責(zé)任?！?/p>

Wang said, over the past 70 years since the foundation of the People's Republic of China, Chinese diplomacy has established a fine tradition with distinctive features.

王毅說，今年是新中國成立70周年。70年來，具有中國特色的外交理論體系不斷豐富發(fā)展，形成了一系列優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)和鮮明特色。

朝鮮半島問題

China has been committed to denuclearization and the peaceful settlement of the Korean Peninsula issue and its role is irreplaceable, Wang Yi said on Friday.

王毅說，中國在朝鮮半島問題上始終堅持無核化目標(biāo)，堅持維護半島和平穩(wěn)定。中國的作用不可替代。

The Hanoi summit between Pyongyang and Washington was an important step to solve the issue, Wang told a news conference.

王毅說，我們認為朝美領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人河內(nèi)會晤是政治解決半島核問題進程當(dāng)中的重要一步。

The leaders from both countries overcame obstacles and exchanged views face-to-face in a candid way, which is a positive progress and should be applauded, he said.

王毅說，雙方能夠克服障礙，再次聚首，面對面坦誠交換意見，這本身就是積極進展，就值得充分肯定。

第二屆“一帶一路”國際合作高峰論壇將在北京舉行

President Xi Jinping will attend the opening ceremony of the second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) in late April in Beijing and deliver a keynote speech, Wang Yi said.

王毅說，第二屆“一帶一路”國際合作高峰論壇已經(jīng)確定將于4月下旬在北京舉辦。屆時，習(xí)近平主席將出席高峰論壇開幕式并發(fā)表主旨演講。

Xi will also chair a leaders' roundtable, he said.

王毅說，習(xí)近平主席將全程主持領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人圓桌峰會。

The number of foreign heads of state and government expected to attend will be much more than that of the first BRF, Wang said, noting that it will be a much bigger event with thousands of delegates from over 100 countries expected to attend.

王毅說，預(yù)定出席的外國國家元首和政府首腦人數(shù)將明顯超過首屆論壇。屆時將會有來自100多個國家的數(shù)千名各界代表與會。
