國家主席習近平9日在人民大會堂同安哥拉總統(tǒng)洛倫索舉行會談。

Xi said he is glad to see the second visit to Beijing in about a month by Lourenco, who came to attend the 2018 Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) in early September. Xi said the success of the summit has injected vigor and opportunities into the development of China-Africa and China-Angola ties, calling on the two sides to work together to actively and quickly promote the development of ties.
習近平歡迎洛倫索對中國進行國事訪問，表示很高興在中非合作論壇北京峰會結(jié)束一個月后再次同洛倫索會面。習近平指出，北京峰會成功召開為中非、中安關系發(fā)展注入了新動力，帶來了新機遇。

"China is confident of the future of bilateral cooperation," Xi said, urging the two sides to "cement political mutual trust, strengthen high-level contacts, deepen strategic communication, and understand and support each other's core interests and grave concerns."
習近平強調(diào)，中方對中安兩國合作未來充滿信心。雙方要增進政治互信，密切高層交往，加強戰(zhàn)略溝通，相互理解和支持彼此核心利益和重大關切。

Xi said that China has empathy with the historical experiences of African countries and firmly supports people of African countries in opposing foreign interference, and independently choosing their path of development. Xi said he expects the two sides to implement the results of the 2018 Beijing Summit of the FOCAC, promote the eight major initiatives unveiled at the summit to realize early progress, and advance the Belt and Road Initiative. The Chinese president called on the two sides to advance the strategic integration of each other's development plans, strengthen cooperation in traditional areas, expand new growth points in mutually beneficial cooperation, and promote the industrialization and economic diversification of Angola. Xi also said it is necessary to expand people-to-people exchanges and exchanges between local areas.
中方對非洲國家的歷史遭遇感同身受，堅定支持非洲國家人民反對外來干涉、自主選擇發(fā)展道路。要落實中非合作論壇北京峰會成果，推動“八大行動”有關舉措早日落地，推進共建“一帶一路”，加強彼此發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對接，做強傳統(tǒng)領域合作，拓展新增長點，為兩國互利合作打造新亮點，促進安方工業(yè)化和經(jīng)濟多元化進程。要擴大人員和地方省市交往。

He called for closer multilateral coordination, expecting the two sides to jointly safeguard multilateralism, build an open world economy and make the international order more just and equitable.
要開展國際合作，密切多邊協(xié)調(diào)配合，共同維護多邊主義，建設開放型世界經(jīng)濟，推動國際秩序更加公平合理。

The Angolan president said that Angola and China have maintained close high-level exchanges, which shows the two sides attach great importance to the relations. Noting that for a long time, bilateral cooperation has played a positive role in the economic and social development of Angola, Lourenco said that Angola looks forward to further strengthening bilateral cooperation in infrastructure construction and people's livelihood, to better promote Angola's development.
洛倫索表示，安中保持高層密切交往，體現(xiàn)出雙方對兩國關系的高度重視。長期以來，安中合作對安哥拉經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展發(fā)揮了積極作用。安方期待進一步加強兩國在基礎設施建設及民生領域的合作，更好地助力安哥拉國家發(fā)展。

Lourenco said that the FOCAC has promoted cooperation between China and Africa as a whole, and that African countries highly appreciate China's cooperation with Africa "on the basis of Africa's actual needs and its taking tangible measures without attaching any political conditions or interference in African countries' internal affairs."
中非合作論壇推動了中國同整個非洲之間的合作。非洲國家高度贊賞中國根據(jù)非洲大陸的實際需求開展對非合作，采取實實在在的舉措，且不附加任何政治條件、不干涉非洲國家內(nèi)政。

"The cooperation plans proposed by China within the framework of the FOCAC has a very positive impact on the development of African countries," Lourenco said. "It is hoped that cooperation between Angola and China will become a model for Africa-China cooperation."
中方在中非合作論壇框架內(nèi)提出的合作計劃對非洲國家發(fā)展具有非常積極的影響。希望安中合作能成為非中合作的典范。

He said Angola values China's important influence in international affairs, and hailed China's constructive role in addressing hot-spot issues in Africa. The Angolan president said that Angola supports multilateralism and advocates that the world's future should be decided by all countries, expressing the will to cooperate closely with China in multilateral affairs.
安哥拉重視中國在國際事務中的重要影響，高度評價中方為妥善解決非洲熱點問題發(fā)揮的建設性作用。安哥拉支持多邊主義，主張世界的未來應由各國共同決定，愿密切同中國在多邊事務中合作。

The two presidents also watched the signing of a series of bilateral cooperative documents.
