中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平27日在北京人民大會(huì)堂出席推進(jìn)“一帶一路”建設(shè)工作5周年座談會(huì)并發(fā)表重要講話強(qiáng)調(diào)，共建“一帶一路”順應(yīng)了全球治理體系變革的內(nèi)在要求，彰顯了同舟共濟(jì)、權(quán)責(zé)共擔(dān)的命運(yùn)共同體意識(shí)，為完善全球治理體系變革提供了新思路新方案。

Xi called for efforts to uphold dialogue and consultation, joint contribution, shared benefits, win-win cooperation, exchange and mutual learning and to promote political mutual trust, economic integration, people-to-people exchanges with the Belt and Road countries in order to advance the initiative step by step, producing achievements.
習(xí)近平指出，我們要堅(jiān)持對(duì)話協(xié)商、共建共享、合作共贏、交流互鑒，同沿線國家謀求合作的最大公約數(shù)，推動(dòng)各國加強(qiáng)政治互信、經(jīng)濟(jì)互融、人文互通，一步一個(gè)腳印推進(jìn)實(shí)施，一點(diǎn)一滴抓出成果。

Xi stressed that the initiative serves as a solution for China to participate in global opening-up and cooperation, improve global economic governance, promote common development and prosperity, and build a community with a shared future for humanity.
習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，共建“一帶一路”正在成為我國參與全球開放合作、改善全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理體系、促進(jìn)全球共同發(fā)展繁榮、推動(dòng)構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體的中國方案。

Xi pointed out that jointly pursuing the BRI was not only aimed at economic cooperation but also an important pathway to improve global development patterns and global governance and promote the healthy development of economic globalization.
習(xí)近平指出，共建“一帶一路”不僅是經(jīng)濟(jì)合作，而且是完善全球發(fā)展模式和全球治理、推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化健康發(fā)展的重要途徑。

"The broad support for the BRI shows aspiration from countries involved, developing countries in particular, for peace and development," Xi said, noting the BRI is an initiative for economic cooperation, instead of a geopolitical alliance or military league, and it is an open and inclusive process rather than an exclusive bloc or "China club." "It does not differentiate countries by ideology nor play the zero-sum game. As long as countries are willing to join, they are welcome," Xi said.
習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，共建“一帶一路”之所以得到廣泛支持，反映了各國特別是廣大發(fā)展中國家對(duì)促和平、謀發(fā)展的愿望。共建“一帶一路”是經(jīng)濟(jì)合作倡議，不是搞地緣政治聯(lián)盟或軍事同盟；是開放包容進(jìn)程，不是要關(guān)起門來搞小圈子或者“中國俱樂部”；是不以意識(shí)形態(tài)劃界，不搞零和游戲，只要各國有意愿，我們都?xì)g迎。

The next priority of jointly advancing the initiative is to realize its high-quality development, he said. Xi asked for efforts to push for progress in Belt and Road projects, especially those delivering real benefits to local people, and keep expanding the market while maintaining the balance of trade.
習(xí)近平指出，推動(dòng)共建“一帶一路”向高質(zhì)量發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)變，這是下一階段推進(jìn)共建“一帶一路”工作的基本要求。注意實(shí)施能夠讓當(dāng)?shù)乩习傩帐芤娴拿裆こ?。要在開拓市場(chǎng)上下功夫，注重貿(mào)易平衡。

He advocated a policy system on financial support for the BRI and encouraged non-governmental funds to invest in infrastructure and resource development projects in Belt and Road countries. Work should be done to boost exchanges in areas of education, science, technologies, culture, sports, tourism, health and archaeology, he said. Xi ordered authorities to regulate investment activities and pay high attention to forestalling risks overseas.
要在金融保障上下功夫，加快形成金融支持共建“一帶一路”的政策體系，引導(dǎo)社會(huì)資金共同投入沿線國家基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、資源開發(fā)等項(xiàng)目。要推動(dòng)教育、科技、文化、體育、旅游、衛(wèi)生、考古等領(lǐng)域交流蓬勃開展。要規(guī)范企業(yè)投資經(jīng)營行為，要高度重視境外風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范。

He also stressed importance of intensifying the CPC's leadership over the joint development of the BRI.
習(xí)近平強(qiáng)調(diào)，要加強(qiáng)黨對(duì)共建“一帶一路”工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。
