全國首個餐飲業(yè)“廁所革命”導(dǎo)則在京發(fā)布

《北京市餐飲業(yè)客用衛(wèi)生間清潔衛(wèi)生示范導(dǎo)則》日前正式發(fā)布,這是全國首個餐飲業(yè)相關(guān)導(dǎo)則,標志本市餐飲業(yè)“廁所革命”(toilet revolution)正式啟動。
Beijing has issued a guideline for restaurant toilets, to improve sanitary conditions of the city's 5,000 restaurants this year, Beijing Youth Daily reported Friday.
《北京青年報》8月3日報道,北京今年為了改善本市5000家餐廳的衛(wèi)生條件,日前發(fā)布了餐飲業(yè)衛(wèi)生間導(dǎo)則。
導(dǎo)則規(guī)定,餐廳衛(wèi)生間非用餐高峰期宜每60分鐘檢查一次、用餐高峰時宜每15分鐘檢查一次(restaurant staff must check sanitary conditions every hour, and every 15 minutes at meal time);衛(wèi)生間全面消毒應(yīng)每日不少于1次(all toilets should be disinfected at least once a day);龍頭、扶手、烘手器、洗手池、通風(fēng)口等處的消毒應(yīng)每日不少于4次(other facilities such as faucets, handrails, hand dryers, sinks and air vents should be disinfected at least four times a day)。
根據(jù)導(dǎo)則,餐廳衛(wèi)生間應(yīng)設(shè)置面鏡(mirror),安裝牢固,保持其干燥,無水漬;配備衛(wèi)生紙、紙簍、便刷(toilet paper, waste-paper basket, toilet brush)等;坐便器宜提供一次性坐墊(disposable toilet seat cover)。
