中阿合作論壇第八屆部長(zhǎng)級(jí)會(huì)議10日在人民大會(huì)堂開幕。國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平出席開幕式并發(fā)表重要講話。

Xi announced that China and Arab countries had agreed to establish a "future-oriented strategic partnership of comprehensive cooperation and common development."
習(xí)近平主席宣布，中阿雙方一致同意，建立全面合作、共同發(fā)展、面向未來的中阿戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系。

Xi said that China-Arab cooperation declaration will be signed for the Belt and Road Initiative.
習(xí)近平宣布，中阿雙方將簽署《中阿合作共建“一帶一路”行動(dòng)宣言》。

He said the initiative has garnered great support from the Arab world and China stands ready to work with Arab states on the initiative.
習(xí)近平表示，“一帶一路”倡議得到了阿拉伯世界的廣泛支持。中方愿同阿方攜手推進(jìn)“一帶一路”建設(shè)。

"Arab states are natural partners of China," Xi said.
習(xí)近平說，阿拉伯國(guó)家是共建"一帶一路"的天然合作伙伴。

中方將向阿拉伯國(guó)家提供200億美元貸款額度

Xi pledged that China will provide $20 billion in loans to help Arab states in economic reconstruction.
習(xí)近平宣布，中方將提供200億美元貸款額度，同有重建需求的阿拉伯國(guó)家加強(qiáng)合作。

China will help Arab states with transportation infrastructure, speed up cooperation in oil and gas, finance, high-tech fields, the digital economy and artificial intelligence, Xi said.
中方愿參與阿拉伯國(guó)家基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，積極推動(dòng)油氣合作、金融合作、高新技術(shù)合作，加強(qiáng)雙方數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、人工智能等領(lǐng)域合作。

China will also build financial platform for industrial cooperation.
中方支持建立產(chǎn)能合作金融平臺(tái)。

中方將推進(jìn)自貿(mào)區(qū)談判

China plans to import goods worth over $8 trillion from Arab states in five years and this would bring huge opportunities to Arab states, Xi said.
未來5年，中國(guó)將從阿拉伯國(guó)家進(jìn)口超過8萬(wàn)億美元商品，這將給阿拉伯國(guó)家?guī)砀嗪献鳈C(jī)會(huì)。

China will press ahead with FTA talks with Arab states and invite hundreds of Arab elites to China over the next three years, Xi said.
中國(guó)將推進(jìn)同阿拉伯國(guó)家的自由貿(mào)易區(qū)談判。未來3年，中國(guó)將再?gòu)陌⒗畤?guó)家邀請(qǐng)數(shù)百位精英來華研討。
