湖南常德一家旅行社日前推出一條旅游線路，在該線路的網(wǎng)上宣傳中直接打出“恕不接待記者、導(dǎo)游、孕婦”等字樣，同時(shí)還指出如果游客不進(jìn)店（購(gòu)物）將收取200元的“離團(tuán)費(fèi)”。4月25日夜，當(dāng)?shù)芈糜尉謱?duì)該旅行社作出立案調(diào)查、下架該旅游產(chǎn)品的處罰決定。

A travel agency in Changde, Hunan province, was punished on Wednesday for a tourism product that discriminates against pregnant women, journalists, tour guides and people with disabilities, local authorities said.

據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)芈糜尉址Q，湖南常德一家旅行社因推出歧視孕婦、記者、導(dǎo)游和殘疾人的旅游產(chǎn)品，上周三被查處。

湖南省常德市的一家大型旅行社日前利用官方微信平臺(tái)推出一款名為“五一特惠三日游桂林”的旅游線路。在該線路的廣告宣傳中有一項(xiàng)名為“特別說(shuō)明”的內(nèi)容，其中寫道：恕不接待：記者、導(dǎo)游、孕婦，全團(tuán)為殘疾人（單一殘疾人的需要家屬陪同）；旅游從業(yè)人員及親友。

特別說(shuō)明中還規(guī)定，收客正常年齡為24-69歲，不在年齡范圍加收200元/人；請(qǐng)配合進(jìn)店，若存在離團(tuán)現(xiàn)象，收取200/人離團(tuán)費(fèi)（an extra 200 yuan would be charged for people whose ages were not between 24 to 69 or those who refused to enter the store the agency recommended）。

25日晚，涉事的常德親和力國(guó)際旅行社有限公司撤下了該條廣告（deleted the offer）并通過(guò)官網(wǎng)發(fā)布了致歉聲明（posted an open letter of apology），表示該廣告是公司內(nèi)部工作人員在失誤且未經(jīng)審核把關(guān)的情況下發(fā)出（explaining the advertisement as a clerical error by some staff and from inadequate supervision from leaders）。

常德市旅游外事僑務(wù)局（The Changde bureau of tourism, foreign and overseas Chinese affairs）表示，將對(duì)全市旅行社線路產(chǎn)品開展專項(xiàng)清理整治行動(dòng)（conduct a special inspection campaign of all the city's travel agencies），嚴(yán)厲打擊違法違規(guī)宣傳行為（crack down on illegal advertising）。
