China welcomes the recent de-escalation of tensions on the Korean peninsula, and China supports all efforts that will help resolve the nuclear issue through dialogue and consultation.

中國(guó)永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)搞擴(kuò)張。中國(guó)是發(fā)展中國(guó)家，我們無(wú)意搞擴(kuò)張；即使將來(lái)強(qiáng)大了，也不會(huì)走國(guó)強(qiáng)必霸的道路。
China will not seek expansion, as it is a developing country with no expansionary intentions - even if it grows stronger in the future. The nation will not follow older logic that a strong country is bound to seek hegemony.

Premier considers visiting Japan this year
