黑龍江省森林工業(yè)總局4日向社會(huì)公布“雪鄉(xiāng)宰客”調(diào)查結(jié)果。涉事旅館被處罰金59360元并停業(yè)整頓。

A guesthouse in Snow Town on the outskirts of Hailin, Heilongjiang province, has been punished by the local tourism authorities for overcharging customers.
黑龍江海林地區(qū)雪鄉(xiāng)的一處旅館因“宰客”行為被當(dāng)?shù)芈糜喂芾聿块T處罰。

這里的“宰客”可以用overcharging/fleecing customers表示，overcharge由over+charge組合而成，也就是“過度收費(fèi)”，而fleece本身就有“敲詐、欺詐”的意思。

近日，一篇《雪鄉(xiāng)的雪再白也掩蓋不掉純黑的人心！別再去雪鄉(xiāng)了！》的帖子在社交媒體上瘋轉(zhuǎn)，引發(fā)網(wǎng)友關(guān)注。

這名網(wǎng)友在帖文中講述了自己一行三人在雪鄉(xiāng)遇到“態(tài)度蠻橫”的旅館老板，“被要求換房”、“要在網(wǎng)上評(píng)價(jià)以后才給退款”等經(jīng)歷，建議網(wǎng)友們不要再去雪鄉(xiāng)。

4日,黑龍江省森林工業(yè)總局向社會(huì)公布“雪鄉(xiāng)宰客”調(diào)查結(jié)果，對(duì)帖文所述的宰客等四個(gè)焦點(diǎn)問題，進(jìn)行了核查處理。

一、散客無法買到景點(diǎn)票？

帖文反映，大巴“乘務(wù)員”私自向游客推銷游樂項(xiàng)目門票及謊稱“散客無法買到景點(diǎn)票”。

核查處理情況：

"Tourists can buy tickets on the internet and any ticket booths distributed throughout the town," according to the administration. "It was concocted by the conductor that tourists couldn't buy tickets without the help of a tour guide."
景區(qū)所有游樂項(xiàng)目門票都可在網(wǎng)絡(luò)、景點(diǎn)售票處、三處山門導(dǎo)游服務(wù)處購買到，不賣散客票問題系“乘務(wù)員”捏造。

The administration asked the company involved not to arrange any conductors on the tour buses and to strengthen measures to avoid similar problems.
管理部門責(zé)令此家客運(yùn)公司隨車“乘務(wù)員”全取消，避免再出現(xiàn)類似問題。

二、無故要求游客換房？

帖文反映，趙家大院業(yè)主中途無故要求“一木”一行游客換房，并且在接待中服務(wù)態(tài)度蠻橫，不誠信經(jīng)營(yíng)行為。

核查處理情況：

The manager of Zhaojiadayuan guesthouse was punished for arbitrarily overcharging customers and treating them in a rude manner.
趙家大院經(jīng)理因“宰客”及對(duì)待客人態(tài)度蠻橫已受到當(dāng)?shù)芈糜喂芾聿块T的處罰。

Besides being fined 59,360 yuan ($9,135), the manager has been blacklisted as one of the dishonest guesthouses, which will be looped on the LED screen in the scenic area.The guesthouse is suspended too.
除了59360元的罰款之外，該旅館業(yè)主還被列入不誠信家庭旅館“黑名單”，通過雪鄉(xiāng)景區(qū)大屏幕予以曝光。旅館也被責(zé)令停業(yè)。

三、景點(diǎn)是否合規(guī)？

帖文反映，游樂項(xiàng)目系毫無經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)的民設(shè)景點(diǎn)，且屬人造雪景。

核查處理情況：

The attraction was leased to a private company and the prices had applied for administrative approval and record-keeping in the price control department.
該景點(diǎn)為私人公司租賃經(jīng)營(yíng)，價(jià)格均已報(bào)上級(jí)物價(jià)部門審批備案。

四、泡面一桶60元？

帖文反映，“泡面60元一桶、酸菜炒粉絲78元、土豆絲燉茄子88元、一盤炒肉288元”的物價(jià)問題。

核查處理情況：

"The number 60 refers to its commodity code," said the administration in the announcement. "After scanning the QR code, the customer can see the price is 10 yuan."
旅游管理部門表示，“60”是游客服務(wù)中心自助售貨機(jī)商品編號(hào)，游客輸入編號(hào)或掃碼，都會(huì)出現(xiàn)泡面每桶10元的價(jià)格。
