一、歷史進(jìn)程

The Silk Road is the most well-known trade route in ancient China. It got its name as silk comprised a large proportion of commodities transported along this road. The Silk Road extended from Chang'an, the ancient capital of China, to countries as far as India and Roman Empire. It came into being during the Han Dynasty and reached its peak in the Tang Dynasty. And camels were the major means of transportation. The road was not only an ancient international trade route, but also a cultural bridge linking Asia with Africa and Europe.

二、發(fā)展建設(shè)

人類社會(huì)正處在一個(gè)大發(fā)展大變革大調(diào)整時(shí)代。4年來(lái)，全球100多個(gè)國(guó)家和國(guó)際組織積極支持和參與“一帶一路”建設(shè)。人文交流也是“一帶一路”建設(shè)的重要組成部分，各國(guó)都在努力建設(shè)“絲綢之路”和“健康絲綢之路”。今年5月，習(xí)近平主席在“一帶一路”國(guó)際合作論壇開幕式上致辭時(shí)表示，中國(guó)政府將每年向參與該倡議的國(guó)家提供1萬(wàn)個(gè)政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金名額。

Humankind has reached an age of great progress, great transformation and profound changes. Four years on, over 100 countries and international organizations have supported and got involved in the Belt and Road Initiative. People-to-people exchange has also been an important part of this initiative, with participating countries pulling every effort to build the Silk Road and the health Silk Road. Every year, the Chinese government will provide 10,000 government scholarships to countries participating in the Initiative, according to President Xi Jinping, who spoke at the opening ceremony of the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in May.

三、經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易

2014年至2016年，中國(guó)同“一帶一路”沿線國(guó)家貿(mào)易總額超過(guò)3萬(wàn)億美元。中國(guó)對(duì)“一帶一路”沿線國(guó)家投資累計(jì)超過(guò)500億美元。中國(guó)企業(yè)已經(jīng)在20多個(gè)國(guó)家建設(shè)56個(gè)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作區(qū)，為有關(guān)國(guó)家創(chuàng)造近11億美元稅收和18萬(wàn)個(gè)就業(yè)崗位。中國(guó)同“一帶一路”建設(shè)參與國(guó)和組織開展了多種形式的金融合作。亞洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資銀行已經(jīng)為“一帶一路”建設(shè)參與國(guó)的9個(gè)項(xiàng)目提供17億美元貸款。

Trade between China and other Belt and Road countries exceeded 3 trillion U.S. dollars in the 2014-2016 period, and China's investment in these countries surpassed 50 billion dollars. Chinese companies have set up 56 economic cooperation zones in over 20 countries, generating some 1.1 billion dollars of tax revenue and 180,000 jobs for them. China has engaged in multiple forms of financial cooperation with countries and organizations involved in the Belt and Road Initiative. The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank have provided 1.7 billion dollars of loans for nine projects in Belt and Road countries.
