中國(guó)鐵路總公司相關(guān)部門負(fù)責(zé)人表示，此次票價(jià)調(diào)整前，東南沿海高鐵長(zhǎng)期執(zhí)行國(guó)家1997年批復(fù)的高等級(jí)快速軟座票價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(follow the price standards for high-grade soft seats that were approved by the country in 1997)，明顯低于同區(qū)段公路票價(jià)(lower than highway fairs in the region)，不利于各種交通方式合理分工和充分競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。票價(jià)優(yōu)化調(diào)整后，旅客乘坐高鐵出行，在旅行時(shí)間和票價(jià)方面仍具有一定優(yōu)勢(shì)(still enjoy some advantages in traveling time and ticket price)，而且有利于改善公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況，不斷更新改進(jìn)服務(wù)設(shè)施和條件，為旅客創(chuàng)造更好的旅行環(huán)境。
