國資委副主任黃丹華稱，國資委今年國資監(jiān)管的重點將從之前的管理國企本身(govern SOEs themselves)轉(zhuǎn)向管理其資產(chǎn)(manage their assets)，減少資源浪費(cut resource waste)，提高工作效率(improve work efficiency)。
