高科技手段助力春運(yùn)

最近,春運(yùn)又成為大家熱議的話題。哪天可以買春運(yùn)第一天的火車票了,鐵道部網(wǎng)站上的驗(yàn)證碼又變了,據(jù)說(shuō)北京西站可以“刷臉”進(jìn)站了,等等。
今年春運(yùn)從2017年1月13日開(kāi)始,到2月21日結(jié)束,為期40天。在此期間,好幾項(xiàng)高科技手段將使人們的出行更加便捷、高效。
人臉識(shí)別技術(shù) face recognition technology
繼北京站啟用人臉識(shí)別進(jìn)站通道后,北京西站也于11月底在北廣場(chǎng)進(jìn)站通道啟用了人臉識(shí)別系統(tǒng),持有二代身份證和磁卡車票的旅客可以從該通道直接“刷臉”進(jìn)站。每位乘客進(jìn)站檢票只需要5秒鐘,極大提高了進(jìn)站效率。
About 140,000 to 180,000 passengers have used the self-service check-in system since face recognition technology was rolled out at Beijing West Railway Station at the end of November. According to a railway official, the application of this technology means it takes only five seconds for each passenger to check in.
自11月底北京西站啟用人臉識(shí)別自助進(jìn)站通道以來(lái),已經(jīng)有14-18萬(wàn)乘客使用該通道進(jìn)站。據(jù)北京西站工作人員介紹,使用該技術(shù)后,每位乘客進(jìn)站只需要5秒鐘。
驗(yàn)證碼取消 free of the verification code
中國(guó)鐵路總公司宣布通過(guò)12306網(wǎng)站購(gòu)票,近六成車票將無(wú)需輸入驗(yàn)證碼。
The only website in the country allowed to sell train tickets, 12306.cn received numerous complaints about the verification code test that users must pass to buy tickets online last year.
去年,12306網(wǎng)站購(gòu)票的驗(yàn)證碼曾被無(wú)數(shù)用戶吐槽。
To make consumer experience better, new steps have been taken to make 60 percent of the tickets bought online free of the verification procedure.
為了改善用戶體驗(yàn),今年12306網(wǎng)站采取新措施,近六成網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)票將無(wú)需輸入驗(yàn)證碼。
購(gòu)票網(wǎng)站新功能 new functions at the website
新版12306網(wǎng)站增加了“正晚點(diǎn)”、“溫馨服務(wù)”、“起售時(shí)間”、“約車”四個(gè)功能按鈕。
與此同時(shí),12306客戶端開(kāi)放接口首個(gè)出行服務(wù)合作伙伴也已上線。用戶使用12306客戶端購(gòu)買火車票時(shí),可直接預(yù)約首汽約車的車輛,實(shí)現(xiàn)“鐵路+網(wǎng)約車”一站式出行。
New edition of 12306.cn incorporates four new services: checking if the trains are on schedule, start of tickets pre-sale period in all railway stations across the country, taxi hailing and other customer services.
新版12306網(wǎng)站增加了四項(xiàng)新服務(wù):正晚點(diǎn)查詢,各地火車票起售時(shí)間,約車以及其他服務(wù)。
Other services include VIP passenger reservation service, "Lost and Found", complaints on service quality and online purchase problems and directory of customer service call numbers.
其他服務(wù)包括:重點(diǎn)旅客預(yù)約、遺失物品查找、質(zhì)量服務(wù)投訴、網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)票投訴、建議及客服電話查詢等。
