12月7日在南京開(kāi)幕的世界智能制造合作高峰論壇上，工信部發(fā)布了國(guó)家《智能制造發(fā)展規(guī)劃（2016—2020年）》。

The plan is a long-term strategic task to develop intelligent manufacturing to generate new growth to improve the country's manufacturing sector.
該規(guī)劃是發(fā)展智能制造、培育經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)新動(dòng)能、提升我國(guó)制造業(yè)的長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。

智能制造（intelligent manufacturing）是基于新一代信息通信技術(shù)與先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)深度融合（deep integration of new generation information and communications technology and advanced manufacturing technology），貫穿于設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、管理、服務(wù)等制造活動(dòng)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，具有自感知（self-sensing）、自學(xué)習(xí)（self-learning）、自決策（self-decision making）、自執(zhí)行（self-execution）、自適應(yīng)（self-adaptation）等功能的新型生產(chǎn)方式。

《規(guī)劃》提出了十大重點(diǎn)任務(wù)，包括加快智能制造裝備發(fā)展（speed up of development in intelligent equipment）；加強(qiáng)關(guān)鍵共性技術(shù)創(chuàng)新（ improve innovation in key common technologies）；建設(shè)智能制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系（set up of intelligent manufacturing standards,）；構(gòu)筑工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)（build a foundation for industrial internet）；加大智能制造試點(diǎn)示范推廣力度（expand intelligent manufacturing trials）；推動(dòng)重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域智能轉(zhuǎn)型（promote intelligent transformation in key sectors）；促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)智能化改造（promote intelligent transformation in small and medium-sized companies）；培育智能制造生態(tài)體系（build intelligent manufacturing eco system）；推進(jìn)區(qū)域智能制造協(xié)同發(fā)展（promote integrated development of regional intelligent manufacturing）；打造智能制造人才隊(duì)伍（build a team of talented professionals in intelligent manufacturing）等。
