京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展傳來一系列利好消息，京津冀三地職稱將互認，北京河北兩地還將互認9000多家定點醫(yī)療機構，另外，河北11市提前3個月實現了京津冀交通一卡通。

Medical institutes and human-resource services will be further integrated in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province, making life easier for residents of the key city cluster.
北京、天津和河北省的醫(yī)療機構和人力資源服務將進一步融合，使該地區(qū)居民的生活更加便利。

The three members of the cluster will recognize each other's medical institutes for insurance reimbursement as well as standard human-resource services, two key aspects to further integrate the unevenly developed region.
京津冀地區(qū)將互認定點醫(yī)療機構醫(yī)保服務以及標準的人力資源服務，這兩個重要領域的互認將進一步促進該地區(qū)的融合。

The move was confirmed in an agreement signed on Oct 27 by the human resources and social security authorities of the three local governments to promote mutual recognition of their medical institutes and human-resource services.
上述政策在10月27日京津冀三地人力資源與社會保障機構簽署的協(xié)議中得到確認，意在促進三地醫(yī)療機構和人力資源服務互認。

醫(yī)療和人力資源服務（medical and human-resource services）是區(qū)域融合發(fā)展的重要領域，能夠讓居民的工作和生活更加便利。

10月27日，河北省人社廳分別與北京和天津的人社部門簽署《推動人力資源和社會保障深化合作協(xié)議》《專業(yè)技術人員職稱資格互認協(xié)議》等系列協(xié)議。協(xié)議規(guī)定，京冀兩地將互認9075家定點醫(yī)療機構，在兩地長期駐外和退休后異地安置的基本醫(yī)療保險參保人員都可從這9075家定點醫(yī)療機構中選擇自己在異地就醫(yī)的定點醫(yī)院，在國家異地就醫(yī)直接結算平臺（national platform for medical insurance reimbursement）連通前，京冀兩地共同為異地就業(yè)人員開辟就醫(yī)報銷綠色通道，力爭實現票據提交當天就完成審核（all medical receipts will be reviewed within one day），未來將實現異地就醫(yī)現場醫(yī)保結算（on-site medical insurance reimbursement）。

另外，京冀兩地還將力推人力資源服務標準的統(tǒng)一（Beijing and Hebei will have standard operations for human-resource services），今后，兩地的2152家人力資源服務機構將按統(tǒng)一標準，提供職業(yè)介紹（talent recruitment）、職業(yè)培訓（vocational training）、流動人員人事檔案管理（file management）、人事勞動事務代理（labor and workforce agency）等一系列人力資源服務。
