楊傳堂:網(wǎng)約車對(duì)傳統(tǒng)出租車行業(yè)帶來巨大沖擊

交通運(yùn)輸部部長(zhǎng)楊傳堂今日在回答記者提問時(shí)表示,出租車行業(yè)管理看起來似乎不是一個(gè)多么大的問題,但是這項(xiàng)工作在全世界都是一個(gè)難題,特別是近年來網(wǎng)約車的興起,在給市民提供良好服務(wù)體驗(yàn)的同時(shí),也給當(dāng)?shù)氐某鲎馄囆袠I(yè)帶來了巨大的沖擊。

The chief of transport authority on Monday criticized subsidies car-hailing applications are offering to their users, pledging to better regulate for-profit rides by private cars.
交通運(yùn)輸部部長(zhǎng)楊傳堂周一表示,打車軟件補(bǔ)貼用戶暴露出一些問題,將對(duì)私家車提供的有償乘車服務(wù)進(jìn)行更嚴(yán)格的監(jiān)管。
Yang Chuantang, head of the Transport Ministry, said giving subsidies is a "short-term move" and imposes "unfair competition" on traditional taxi business. "The purpose (of giving subsidy) is to attract more passengers and to gain a bigger market share. The apps are profit-driven and will not give out subsidies forever," said Yang.
他說,有關(guān)企業(yè)實(shí)施的補(bǔ)貼是一種搶占市場(chǎng)份額的短期行為,一段時(shí)間內(nèi)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)出租車行業(yè)形成了不公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。畢竟資本是逐利的,企業(yè)不可能長(zhǎng)時(shí)間、無底洞地補(bǔ)貼下去。
Yang said a set of new rules have to be in place to suit the growth of online car-hailing and other emerging services.
楊傳堂表示,將出臺(tái)針對(duì)網(wǎng)約車、以及其它新興約車服務(wù)的新規(guī)。
The Transport Ministry pledged to "vigorously press ahead" reforms in taxi industry and to foster new driving force and speed up the development of new economy.
楊傳堂表示,將加緊推進(jìn)出租汽車行業(yè)改革,培育壯大新動(dòng)能,加快發(fā)展新經(jīng)濟(jì)。
