國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)在參加山東團(tuán)審議時(shí)表示，要把民生“痛點(diǎn)”作為工作著力點(diǎn)。

On Sunday, Premier Li Keqiang participated in a panel discussion of the Shandong provincial delegation at the current session of the 12th National People's Congress to review the Government Work Report. During the discussion, Li pointed out that the governments should regard solving "the pain points for people's livelihoods" as significant areas for government work.
3月6日，國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)參加了十二屆全國(guó)人大四次會(huì)議山東代表團(tuán)的會(huì)議，審議政府工作報(bào)告。會(huì)上，李克強(qiáng)指出，應(yīng)該將解決“民生痛點(diǎn)”作為政府工作的著力點(diǎn)。

“民生痛點(diǎn)”（the pain points for people's livelihoods）是群眾生活中的“老大難”?！巴袋c(diǎn)”（pain point），字面上來看，即比較難解決的問題，如果不解決，會(huì)讓人很痛苦。具體來說，就是教育、醫(yī)療、住房、社保、食品安全（education, medical treatment, housing, social security and food safety）等人民群眾關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)問題。

李克強(qiáng)在會(huì)上強(qiáng)調(diào)，要把解決好這些民生“痛點(diǎn)”作為政府工作的重要著力點(diǎn)，兜牢民生底線（stick to the bottom line of guaranteeing people's livelihoods），加快脫貧攻堅(jiān)（accelerate the work of eliminating poverty），提升人民群眾獲得感（sense of gain）。

李克強(qiáng)的講話表明政府將大力改善這些民生問題。住房和醫(yī)療是群眾關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)問題，只有政府通過深入和全面的改革（in-depth and all-round reform）來解決這些問題，人民群眾才能真正從社會(huì)進(jìn)步中受益（benefit from social progress）。
