避開“零食鐘”
Those trying to lose weight are at the highest risk of lapsing in their efforts at 11.01am, 3.14pm and 9.31pm - now known as 'snack o' clock'.
每天上午11點01分、下午3點14分和晚間9點31分是人體的“零食鐘”時間,人們在這個時間胃口大開,想要減肥的人可能會管不住嘴巴。
As many as 750 calories can be consumed in total during these periods - impinging any dieter's chances of shifting the pounds.
一天的“零食鐘”時間,人們可能總共多攝入750卡熱量,使減肥努力前功盡棄。
“躲開”咖啡館
Meanwhile, coffee shops have been named as the single biggest danger most likely to cause a dieting lapse - because temptation comes from calorific foods and drinks.
另外,想節(jié)食成功的關(guān)鍵是要盡量“躲開”咖啡館,那里有多種富含熱量的食品飲料在誘惑你。
不喝“下午茶”
Nutritionists also say dieters should opt out of hot drink rounds at work because it puts them under peer group pressure to consumer unnecessary calories with colleagues.
營養(yǎng)學(xué)家還表示,減肥者工作時盡量不參加同事的“下午茶”聚會。因為在聚會時,出于同輩壓力,人們總會攝入不必要的熱量。
